Sea View Residency

Nice place for an overnight stay. Location is easy to find. The view of the sea from the balcony is just awesome. Room service is up to the mark. Meals are also available in the hotel with affordable pricing. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and professional.

It was my 2nd trip to Puri. First time I stayed near Swargadwar and it was not so pleasant experience for me because of the huge crowd and smoke from the Samsan all around. To avoid these I stayed in lighthouse beach and my stay in Sea view residency was memorable. All the staffs and services was outstanding. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Best view rooms are in 3rd floor. Delicious food at room service.

Hotel sea view residency is awesome. There no such publicity of this hotel, so anyone may be confused about the hotel. But our experience is awesome about this hotel.
I was also confused to book this hotel, when I called to this hotel, they shared me photos of room which are sea facing. Also on my word they booked two rooms for me for 3 days, even I paid them for 1 day in advance.
Next I am coming to the behaviour of hotel owner/manager and staffs. Behaviour is unbelievable and every staffs are very much helpful. On next day morning we were just speechless, sea view from hotel bedroom is just awesome. I am strongly recommending to stay this hotel. Also if you are staying there must eat mutton kosha cook by Biswanath babu(owner of this hotel).

You can choose other hotels but in this hotel you can get best service and behaviour from all the staffs, specially mr.ananda ,he is a my dear person.Foods are testy. if you want to spend peaceful holiday. You can choose this place anytime. Great experience.

Stayed during Pujas.Lovely experience ,perfect sea view.Nearby restaurants available for lunch ,dinner.Must- visit place.

The stay was really excellent. The rooms were clean & well maintained. The view of sea was really beautiful & the staff were prompt & efficient. Manager Mr Bishwanath Dey took care of all our needs personally & his team was extremely courteous. Special mention to the chef Mr Anand as the food was extremely well prepared,fresh and tasty. I would recommend that u stay there with ur family as the pricing is also very reasonable. The beach was in walkable distance too.

Good hotel near to the beach. But the floors in the rooms are sticky and not cleaned properly.

Great place and excellent service by the staffs.Good food, great rooms,supportive staffs . overall a great experience.would visit again.
