We had stayed in hotel on our family trip. Experience is awesome in this hotel. Facilities were very good, helpful staffs, rooms were clean and good, AC & hot water forced us to visit again. We love to stay again.

Worst experience with this hotel. We booked the rooms without knowing the floor. Two families with 4 ladies were shifted to ground floor 2 rooms forcefully. We urged them so many times but no result. Rooms are with see through glasses with very light and poor quality curtains. People walking outside the rooms can easily see what is happening inside. And evening time is more horrible where you cannot see anything outside but everything is visible inside. We have caught a guy red handed who claims to be a staff of this hotel, and trying two see inside very desperately. We complained to the hotel authority but they seem to be very reluctant about the matter and they threatened us to not to vilify their reputation. The staffs and manager behavior is ridiculous. We are going to lodge FIR about this hotel.

View is good if the room is properly selected but maintenance is bad, leaking faucets, management is very poor.
