OYO 1476 Hotel Gajapati

This is our 4th time staying here and we have stayed in all types of rooms. Ground floor rooms are economical rooms with no view. So it's better to book Deluxe rooms which are on the floors above and you can get a view of the sea. There is a certain sense of comfort that we feel each time we stay here. Away for noise and chaos, exactly what we want. Swargadwar is within walking distance. The food is amazing. The staffs are really friendly. They clean the rooms daily and help you with everything so that your stay is comfortable. All in all a great hotel.

Good thing about the hotel is they allowed early check in. However the cleanliness of the hotel is not upto the mark. The furniture is old and infested with wood borrowing beetles which would leave powders on the bed. Toilet was clean. Complimentary breakfast had not much choice. The only positive was their staff behaviour who were modest and helpful.

Average hotel with normal facilities. Shortage of self driven car parking. Food is good but on little higher pricing. 5 minutes walking distance from sea beach. Hotel should be more organized. Staffs are courteous. Rooms are small in size than average room size.

Rooms are comfortable, the room we took was standard and was on the first floor, ample balcony space. Hotel is very near to beach and other attractions. Hotel is very clean, room's (we had taken 3 rooms for a family of 7) are clean with minimum furniture, bathroom is clean and both are maintained very well. Food in the restaurant is tasty, the staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel manager is very helpful both in hotel related and local sightseeing arrangements. The morning bed tea is a good service they have. The morning buffet is good. If they add a round the clock snacks/ beverages service it will be good. But if stay is more than 1 night better to opt for bigger rooms. Overall we all had a wonderful stay. Thank you Gajapati Hotel.
It was a good stay

Hotel was too good. The room was amazing. But it is not sea view connected. The distance from hotel to sea beach is within walking distance. Location was nice. Enjoyed very much in Gajapati. Thanks for the great service nd cooperation of ur staff nd Manger.

Although the hotel is a little far from the beach (5min walking distance) it is a wonderful hotel. Staff behaviour is too good. Their in house restaurant serves quite good food. Here you will also find a garden with different flowers which was personally my favourite part of the hotel. Would love to travel back to puri and stay here ❤️

Worthless, do not give any advance as they will not return the money. No sea facing room as the property is far from beach... Most unscrupulous.

The hotel food is tasty, non spicy having home made taste. All my site visit tour and temple visit is organized by the hotel, over all a good one.
