I stayed last week for the first time. And I am in love with the hospitality. Due to dusherra week hotel is full but the staffs managing evey thing superbly. Kudos to Management of thr hotel. The only department where the Hotel need to look into proper management is Room Service department of Food. Chef is too good, as the food quality and taste is awesome. The biriyani I had is unforgettable. All items are tasty and freshly cooked. Unlike other places where you will get frozen.

The person taking orders in the kitchen from the room is not at all equipped for the post or doesn't know how to do. He is not at taking order properly or not listening the order properly and in the end giving wrong information to the kitchen and when you will complain he will argue with the customer. He will never accept his mistakes. Managers should look into it. I am super dissatisfied with the person incharge. Even I informed the front desk about rude behavior of him.

All other departments are too good. I will definitely go again in my next visit.

Mr Sushil and another staff were nice and help full. Room was clean and bathroom was good shape.. We got service all the time. Breakfast was delicious and got good service from staff

Horrible hotel staffs. The manager Sushil is a fraud. Cancelled our booking made online and alloted us room without confirming room rate. Then at the time of check out asked excess amount to pay due to season time, instead of the amount we booked the hotel two months back. Behaved rudely and was aggressive when we told him why the room was cancelled when he and his staff both confirmed us the booking over phone just a day before our arrival. Also he confirmed over phone to make all payment in the hotel instead of online. This type of offers are trap to make fraud with customers. Horrible experience which destroyed the holiday mood. Also restaurant asked for Rs. 50/- in the name of chef to heat our dinner purchased from their own restaurant. Just can't believe how miserly they pay their staffs. Room was not bad, but house keeping staffs are always busy with check in room arrangements.... so hardly one can expect room cleaning. If it doesn't go according to them, one will face severe rude behavior from the hotel manager.... so be careful while selecting this hotel online.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff were very warm and courteous. Despite being in a highly crowded pilgrimage centre like Puri, they make sure they give adequate service to every room. It's bang on the main road (hardly 2kms away from Puri Jagannath Temple) and very easy to spot as well. Loved the hotel and would book this hotel every time I visit Puri. :)

Beyond excellent....the best hotel staff I have ever seen in any hotel of my 70 years of visiting other hotels.

Located near to temple. You can easily get autos to and fro frm puri temple. Bit far frm beach. If u prefer beach location Beach road is best for you. Hotel service and maintenance are good. They also arrange cabs if u want to visit near by places like konark and lake ofcourse at extra cost.

Though hotel is good .. but staff behaviour was observed to be rude.. ..
hotel check in and checkout timings were absurd.. take the hotel in extreme dire situation only
