HOTEL AAVAAS

It's a very good hotel. Far from the hustle bustle of Swargadwar. It's about 1 KM from lighthouse. Hotel is very near from the sea beach about 0.4 Km. It's on a road named Mata Math road. They don't have any in house restaurants but you find many restaurants nearby on other accommodations. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are clean with all basic amenities. They got AC rooms also. The place is new so you must try it. Hope you will have a pleasant stay here. Happy journey.🌊🌊🌊

His may be a small hotel but I have a great experience of living here... you can book rooms through oyo as well...and also the place is safe and couple friendly and also good to stay with family. You will appreciate the services offered by the staffs.
So hope you have a happy stay.

Staff not good, service not good, no cold water available, no ac even if ac is fitted. Reception is always unattended will have to search for the receptionist

AC was not working. Rooms are small. Windows are so big that anyone can jump in and out.

Let me first tell the few positives. The location is pretty good. A kilometre away from the beach and few kilometres to Puri Jagannath temple. Can park 2 cars within the complex. That's the only positive i can mention here. Rooms were just ok with the sheets and blankets not that neat hence we didn't use at all. The toilet was also not that great as it was smelling most of the time. Now the staff here is the rudest i have ever met. We reached late night about 11pm and they started arguing that women shd be in different room and i have to take different room. I explained to them that we are family one lady is my wife and other my sister. We even showed our IDs but they were not accepting at all. My question is goibibo never mentioned that non family people can't stay here it did mention couple friendly. But in reality were were family travelling from a long long distance and this is what you hear from the hotel staff even after producing ID. They were just arguing with me and when my wife shouted at the staff he just went quite and offered the room key. Now they were not ready to carry any of our bags. Atleast they shd offer to help as it's 2 ladies carrying heavy bags. But NO. We carried all our bags alone multiple times. Next Goibibo did mention free WiFi but NO the staff wouldn't provide at all. They said we do not have the facility itself. Again Vida is very weak in this area hence no internet for couple days. After 2 days of stay we were so tired of the staff and their behaviour that we just packed and left to another place altogether. NOT AT ALL recommended for family. Maybe for solo travellers this might be an option.

Hotel was neat and tidy. My room and washroom was very spacious as you can see in the picture. Room and washroom was very clean. Parking space available within the hotel premises, which other branded hotels were missing. Staffs behaved professionally and were courteous enough. Near to golden beach. Few reasons why didn't give 5 star is food is not cooked here, they get it ordered from some other place. I had to give them reminder. Food arrived after one hr and when we sat to eat plates were missing. Tv set up box was deactivated and had to request them to recharge. Had telephone with no working line. Toiletries were not available. After request they provided us soap and shampoo. Rest were missing. Initially when I called them directly for booking they denied saying all the rooms were booked. After that I booked through Ibibo for the same duration. The day before check-in when I called them to inform about my late arrival they said if had called them directly they could have provided me for cheaper rate than Ibibo... overall for that price I was happy with stay ..
