Hotel Strategic Inn Puri

Very Very Good Hotel. Very Good Location Just 3 minutes walking to Sea Beach. Rooms are very much clean specially washroom. All the stuffs are very good in behaviour and polite.

They are unaware of Check In and Check Out time provided by goibibo. Hotel Manager following their own rules of check out at 6 AM though mentioned that was 8 AM. Staff including the manager couldn't meet up to provide basic things [ a towel / a glass of water ] which are usually provided to the customer who stayed AC DELUX ROOM. However, they are absolutely conscious to check their room property like REMOTES etc before you check out. I am okay with that but the promptness should be show always from check-in to Check out. The manager is also doubtful to the customer where the tariff was pre-paid or not . These all can be checked by themselves from their documents before welcoming any guest. The manager/owner shows such unprofessionalism when he replied that don't know about check-in/out time or payment details.

Also for any support you can take help from Uday,Dip and Ajit who are very co-operative and supportive in nature. Special thanks to them for all the co-operation.

Rooms are good, very bad customer service, even they don't have extra glass for drinking water. They were not changing bed sheet which was not clean. They have taken 500 rs for a small size lock (50rs it's may cost).they were chasing for 20rs the entire day before our checkout 😃

The rooms were ok not too much to hype about it but the best thing is the rooms are clean and tidy but the hotel is located in a very cramped place so no sunlight enters inside the room. Besides the reception is extremely loathsome as the receptionist don't know how to behave with customers, very rude behaviour indeed. The name itself suggests that the hotel has certain strategies to play so that it draws the customers in but do not show a minimum decency. We might get captivated by the cleanliness of the rooms but there is dirt and filth in each and every system of this hotel.

Very Good Hotel . All staffs are very good.

Perfect for your budget trip. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You have kitchen facility if you want to cook yourself or alternatively restaurant facility in case you want to be served food. There is wifi for your daily use.

However, for someone like me who is constantly on the move and working even on travels, the wifi speed was not enough for having international zoom calls. But if that is not you, this would be a good place to chill on a budget.
