The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Mostly all the modern amenities are present. Was given a sea facing room on the last day as one became available. So thanks to the hotel. Parking is good. All the people working in the hotel are very nice and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. It's right beside the beach. They have a private beach area to themselves. It was a nice stay.

Sea facing hotel with nice amenities and good rooms. Attended friends wedding here and had a very good experience. Rooms are very good with sea view balcony. The room service is very good as well. However, wifi works only at the reception. Hotel has a swimming pool and party area for wedding and celebration purposes. Overall a good experience

The hotel is sea facing. There are many rooms which are directly opened to sea. The sound of the waves and the view from balcony will mesmerize you. The kitchen is the heart of a hotel and I must say the heart of east-west is very healthy. Many types of cuisines are available. The kitchen is absolutely hygienic.The staffs are very polite and service is very prompt. There is a rooftop dinning also. The hotel is also very much baby friendly. The furnitures in the rooms are little old and some of them require servicing. I will recommend this hotel without any hesitation and will again visit there.

They have the sea viewing open space for dinning . The food was good for the price they charged. They were very slow in serving the food . The Menu is limited and they don't have too many options . Almost all the items which we wanted from the menu was not available. The waiter told few recipies which weren't available in the menu but being prepared by the restaurant which was quite funny .

Very far from golden beach.

Reception is not at all good. Worst receptionist (morning shift). She doesn't have manner to talk to guests.

Rooms were not that much spacious.

Furnishing is just okay.

Rooms were not provided with basic soaps and shampoo.

Check-in and check-out time is very odd. Check-out time is 8am.

So if you have booked rooms with breakfast, they will insist you checkout and wait for the breakfast to be ready instead of preparing the breakfast early.

One very odd thing I experienced in my entire life is, in this hotel before check-out the hotel guys will come to your room and check the room in front of you. This really made me mad. I think they don't trust the guests, they think the guests will take something from their room. I don't know what's their perception about guests who are spending so much money for a single night, what the valuable item they will take from the room. This is totally ridiculous approach/protocol of the hotel management.

Very quiet place.

Cleanliness is Good.

Overall, it's a costly 3star property with 3rd class service.

The worst most hotel I've ever stayed in my life... We took two sea facing the most biggest rooms.. Bathrooms were pathetic.. full of cockroaches.. breakfast sprades were very limited.. only thing we loved was the location.. because the beach near the hotel was very quiet and not over crowded..
