Good sea facing hotel next to Puri Light House, bit lonely but with good amenities you feel comfort. All rooms are either sea facing or side sea view. Large size rooms with sea viewing balcony allow you to enjoy the beauty of the sea. Spacious bathrooms with modern amenities increase the comfort level. Lavish breakfast (included) with American and Indian cuisine will definitely make you happy. A little overpriced though. A small green lawn in front of the hotels allows the guests to enjoy a sea side evening with a cup of tea or coffee. Free sitting arrangement at the sea shore at no additional cost will delight you.

really liked the puri waves hotel because the behavior of the receptionist and workers was very much liked here. Room clean, AC fine, window is spot on.
1.Location of Hotel is very good, right in front of sea beach. Good for watching sea waves from the balcony both from front and side rooms. Also very close to beach so anyone can enjoy the sea bath just after crossing the road. 2. Service is also fast and good. 3. Rooms are clean and hygienic. 4. Parking space is there but in open not inside hotel boundary. However security is there at the main entrance who can take care of vehicles. 5. Food quality is good. 6. Hotel is constructed in a very compact space. There are no construction around it right now, so sea view can be possible from side also. Enjoyed sea waves from the balcony in the evening with tea and snacks.

My experience was great, rooms were good sea facing, the location itself isn't over crowded. Calm & serene place to chill out. All staffs including restaurant, housekeeping, security guard, reception people were welcoming & helpful. I wish them to maintain that kind of service so that they can become no1 in puri. I strongly recommend this place to stay in PURI .

Location is good. But the hotel is very noisy. Even during the night the hotel stuff keep on talking or there is great deal of movements all the time near the rooms! Guests who come early morning is another story!!

This hotel is located on prime location on new marine drive road and within 2 km from Swargadwar beach and golden beach and as well as very nearby to Jagganath temple. The hotel in on the beach itself and thus have beautiful view from room balconies! The sharing and private autos are always available outside the hotel entry and helps in easy communication. The food was simply made yet tasty. The staff were very courteous. The only thing we didn't like was none of the tandoori were avaliable from their menu. overall it was good experience.

Very good service. Very clean. We were in four bedded side sea facing room. The view was just awesome. One can enjoy sun rising from bed with a cup of tea. Complimentary breakfast is available with lots of options. In room there was electric kettle, coffee sachets, tea bag etc.. toiletries available. Staffs were very well behaved. Foods were tasty.

Very unsatisfying stay.
We booked a stay for triple sharing, before booking I did ask if triple sharing is available. on confirmation we booked two triple sharing room and one double sharing room. But when we reached the hotel, we were surprised to see the room size. It is somehow good for double sharing and not at all reasonable for triple. Room size was too small, hardly had any space to walk in the room, forget about keeping your luggage. We had to keep our luggage (only one trolley for 3 person) on the tea table.
Location is great and that's about the only great thing to find for this hotel. Food quality is decent. Room was shabby. The furniture was damaged. Walls were cracked. Fridge was rusty and stained.
One more thing to add here, on our last day when we went for the buffet breakfast, since the guest booking in the hotel was more, they didn't server the coffee/tea in cups rather it was served in small size paper cups. which was another turn off for this hotel
