Hotel Radhika Regency

This is the one among the best services that I have received. They are phenomenal in their approach. The best part is they are located very close to the Rourkela railway station and they too have their complimentary pickup and drop off facilities. The food is just epic just wow I can't express the lavish service they provided us and this is the best place and the stay was a heavenly experience with their professional team of staffs. ❤️❤️

Very nice and clean Hotel in the centre of the town. It is very easy to reach the hotel. The staffs are nice and we'll behaved. Rooms are very well maintained.

Firstly, very nice staff- extremely helpful and very courteous behaviour.
Secondly, the stay overall was very good- nice rooms which were aptly priced, food was also good both in terms of quality and quantity.
As such I have no negatives to add, as everything during our stay was positive only.
Once again thanking each and everyone of team radhika for making our stay such a wonderful one.

Nice hotel
Just next to Rourkela Railway station.

Rooms are quite old but furnished, neat & clean.
Super friendly staff.
Food is on another level.
The buffet breakfast is simply awesome & out of the world.
Dinner dishes are also so tasty & awesome

Pleasant stay and staffs were very friendly. Good way to keep up their roles in hotel. They even provided me pick and drop service from Railway station to hotel and vice versa.

Very close to Rourkela Railway station. Very Good at the price range. Spacious Room. Food at the first floor restaurant is very tasty. Staff members both at front desk as well as at restaurant are very polite and cordial

Stayed at Radhika Regency between November 21st to November 23rd 2022.

Extremely rude and careless attitude by the Staff. And it’s been exhibited by their Manager / In-charge Mr. Sahu and followed by his subordinated Mr. Imran all the time. Rude is also a polite word, they actually fought in high tone with their customers.

Instead of listening to the Customers, they made themselves listen to the Customers.

When we checked-in, couple of Electricity Points and Geyser weren’t functioning in the room. When we contacted the helpdesk, they were extremely casual saying that “so what, it happens”. We then got the intimation that everything has been fixed and is not working. We then said that we don’t need to move to another room since the Hotel has confirmed that things are functioning.

Next day, we ran into same problem. Got the same rude treatment and they were then stuck on points that the room change was offered, the room change was offered… We kept saying that we declined room change as they had confirmed that things were working fine but they kept arguing and misbehaving.

Moreover, they charge more than the MRP. Against the rules and the norms. A 20/- Rupees Mineral Bottle is being sold at 50 Rs/-. I gave the option that I can come and pick the bottle myself, in case they are charging this on the pre-text of service charges, but they said that it will still be sold at Rs. 50/-.

Goes without saying that it will be wasting one’s money and staying with utmost compromise and discomfort.

It was amazing and pleasant stay at Radhika Regency. My train schedule arrival was 5.40am . I got a call from from driver of property at 5.30 am for complementary pickup facility without any reminder. I passed out from NIT Rourkela in year 1995.During our college days we used to have dinner at Radhika on weekends. It has maintained quality and standard from last 30 years. 24 hours check out time is also helpful for early arrivals. Rooms were neat and clean. We had booked 9 rooms in the property for our silver jubilee celebration of batch and all the occupants had wonderful experience here. Thanks to management.
