OYO Home 78238 Artistic Stay Near Baramunda Bus Stand

Cozy nice place, the service is polite and nice but the location in the google map is entirely wrong. Its located beside Ruchika Nursing Home in Baramunda Housing Colony but in map it shows an empty space.

Rooms are bad unlike the pictures shown here. Staff behaviour is so bad. I went to get my booked room. He denied the services said rooms are not empty. Even Oyo didn't helped me getting my advance payment refund back. So overall 0 out of 5 star. Look for another hotel or something!! But Oyo is not good!!

This is the worst OYO i have ever been in BBSR. Please donot book it if it isn't the last option for you. The service was very bad. For example i asked for water and the care taker told me to go get it yourself. Also they took 200 rupees fine from us.

Good place , nearest to baramunda busstand but costly.

Trying to decide whether or not to buy this OYO? Short answer: DONT!
Long answer: firstly, we paid for 3 nights for 2 guest & paid in the oyo app. On arriving we were asked to pay 800 more because "our booking was below the minimum amount" thanks to OYO's discount coupon. We called the OYO customer care & it was another headache trying to reach the correct grievance category, this was around 11 in the night. So, the home keeper let us stay.
Secondly, don't be fooled by the images, these rooms are neither clean nor well-kept! The TV wasn't working, the walls spat on, the bad smell & in the name of sanitising these people sprayed room fresher & said all is done.
Thirdly, if you are staying for more than a day, know that the room is very small, there's no drinking water facility & even their room service is garbage. We asked them to clean the room, they said it is only possible after we leave & by that they mean check-out. Also, we asked for clean bed sheets which they ignored.
Fourthly, please dont pay them any aditional money, even if you are doing so please take a reciept & try doing it online.

We stayed there with my family. Caretaker was really helpful and tried his best to address our concerns.

As other properties online this one also looks rosy only online. Place needs some good cleaning overall and up keep. They have space but things are getting old. Geysers not operational. Mosquito was one more problem if doors were kept open for long.
Kitchen was operational for namesake. If maintained well , people will plan to come here.

I would really not even rate even a single star this is how pathetic this is, my mom n brother were waiting outside !! No one in the reception was available neither they were picking up the call, it was around 1am and I had a prior booking!! Pathetic people pathetic service.. I would really urge people not to book here as it's an utter waste !! Please guys save your bucks and book room in some better hotel for safety.. even the locality sucks as there were drunkards outside !!
