Landmark Hills

It is located very close to Bethany Hospital and Nagaland house. Checking in and out is at 12:00 PM. The rooms were clean and spacious. Shillong being a cold place, they have provided room heater and geyser. Not sure if it's working or not because I haven't used it. Price was ok.The staffs were friendly and helpful. They provide good and healthy complimentary breakfast. They also have a restaurant which serves most of the Indian and Chinese cuisines. Food was good and price was reasonable. Service in the restaurant was a bit slow so you just have to order it in advance. There is no bar in this restaurant (being located in a residential area).

Simply horrible! This is my third time visit in Shillong and we didn't get the hotels in police bazar. Someone recommended us for this hotel. We reached here but it's just horrible. Don't waste your money in this kind of hotel. They have taken 4500/- per room including tax. The picture which have been posted in Google are absolutely different from the real one. Also, very poor service! We ordered at 8.45 p.m, and they served the dinner after 11 p.m. Don't waste your money here.

Located in Shillong Town at Nongrim Hills, This Property is Quite Costly Rated as Star Rated Property. But to my disappointment, this property is not at all well maintained from interiors. Location is a bit odd and confusing, rooms are not maintained properly yet they have a very good view from the room. Service is a bit slow and they have restaurant facility also. Food is okay with complimentary buffet breakfast available. They could have been more diligent to maintain and take care of this property taking more 3500 per night per room. Overall not recommended at all. Totally disappointed experience !!

First, the location is at a narrow lane far from the centre at Police Bazar. Secondly, this hotel is not maintained. Intercom, flush does not work and there is no resolution even after lodging complaints. Resultantly, for every reason one member has to go downstairs for contacting reception, room service or house keeping. Wash basin, bracket of health faucet, wooden plank on the floor are broken. Reception people are very rude. Thirdly, whenever you place order for any item in the menu card, the answer will be that the same is not available. I will strongly recommend to stay away from Hotel Landmark Hills Shillong.

The best hotel I have stayed in last 10 days tour to north East India. The rooms are specious and clean. The staff is fully cooperative. Food is good to its status.

Pretty good hotel. I had been with a friend to shillong and stayed here for 4 days. We got a room with twin beds. The room was clean and spacious. The room had basic ameneties like watter heater, electric kettle. They also gave us a room heater which was much needed since the nights were very cold. The restaurant in the basement is pretty decent if you want to have lunch/dinner. The breakfast buffet was included and was fine too (not a lot of variety, but good enough). They have wifi too in the lounge (but i dint use it).

Note: not too many shops/eateries nearby. (Which also means lesser traffic nearby).

Good service, food and accommodation.
We went during the winter so we required room heaters. The tap hot water was a bit erratic but otherwise ok.
