Place located right in the centre hub, police bazaar so everything is quite accessible. Good rooms and service from the entire management team of the hotel. To mention specific Saurav guided us enough with all the travel and necessities every now and then whenever required. Great stay and people to be around!

Pathetic service. To further elaborate No parking service and they are charging for parking in road. No considerate approach for the guest request for change of floor even when they were informed about health related issues. No arrangement for driver's stay. I had to shell out extra for that. The behaviour of the staff is par par par below the expected standard from a decent hotel. To put it in short "ARROGANCE AT PEAK".

This feedback is from Indian middle-class point of view Pros Location, Room Quality, Food is good. Cons 1) Hot water line never works properly, after informing multiple times, they ignored. 2) They don't give aqua guard water while asking for normal water.

Rooms are good, but not very spacious. Though it does it's work. Taste of water which is coming to besin is tastes sour. But the drinking water they provide is good in taste. But overall ambiance is very good. Their service is excellent. Location is very good. Police bazar 7 point is very nearby. Very good hotel to stay.

Absolutely poor. No hot water. Cloths are extremely dirty. Hotel is also very dirty. Manager was not responsive at all. Most probably their business is enough so they don't need money and doing these disgusting things to customer. Be careful make my trip also.

Situated at prime location.
Only issue is lift facility not available. So it will be little uncomfortable if you have heavy luggage.
Staff are courteous. Food is bit expensive but quality is good. Complimentary breakfast is available till 10 AM.
Room heater is available.
Overall good experience.

This is at the center of market. The rooms are very clean and tidy. All the minimum requirements for a short stay are fulfilled. The restaurant is managed by two people I think. The Male person was very warm and served food with smile. The buffet breakfast was also very tasty.
The only thing that I didn't like was the behaviour of the female manager in restaurant. She seemed ro be least bothered about customers and more interested in gossiping.

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms are neat and washrooms are very clean.
Location is excellent as it is right in the heart of Police Bazar. They have a restaurant too that serves decent food.
