They have great customer service

Worst manager wit wit worst customer service.. Insulting the customer while check out and waisting time for that small old towel.. And accusing the customer for stealling.. It was an oversmart manager very very Disappointing.. They should hire new manager n staff are clicking photo of customer's luggage in their absence.. Disgusting act by the housekeeping.. Overall experience was horrible..

Centrally located. Ima keithel (all women market), Kangla fort, Manipur state museum, polo ground, Indira, police station all are within walkable distance.
Hotel is clean, exceptional service with big smile.
Safe and secured hotel .
Price a bit on higher side but services makes it up.
Staff here are extremely well mannered. Complimentary breakfast but grab your breakfast early. Auto stand at door step.

Stayed here for 4 nights and totally satisfied with their service and room. Complimentary breakfast is also good. However, I found food items are quite costly here.

Entire Hotel is very well designed and well maintained. All staffs are very polite, humble and efficient in their job. I had faced a situation at the time of Check In, but Ms. Bosia (Receptionist) was handled the situation very nicely and efficiently.

Nice hotel good staff. Parking is a big problem since located on narrow main road. Food was good.

Best ever hotel experience! Most wonderful feature is the most friendly, punctual and smiling staff. Hospitality is really appreciable. Overall building and rooms are really cleaned and maintained. They really make you feel like home, when you're far away from home. Food is also delicious and cost worthy.

It's a nice and clean Lodge where you can stay if you visit manipur and the price of room and foods are ok. But there are also many more Lodges which is cheaper or costlier.
