Cheap. Clean. Comfortable. Located at the centre of the city with good communications to all the prominent places. Though heater not working in my room. The hotel didn't solve the problem in six days. But they made hot water available whenever i needed.

The Hotel has all the necessary facilities that a rational person would need for a stay. Decent quality of customer service here is also worth mentioning. However to my experience the place is so congested everywhere. You don't get to feel that spacious living here. Overall it's reliable and good.

Not such a good place to stay, no heater available in rooms in those cold conditions.. really struggled very much.. go for other rooms.. and the manager is very rude while checking in...

Old thama hotel rate for one person 400, for 2 person 750/- , but room is very small bedsheet is smaller .. if you go with family choose new thamapa hotel it's room charges 999.

This is on of budget friendly hotel in imphal city. Nice hotel in low budget. No bedside charging socket available this is the problem otherwise all ok

Pathetically impolite staff....No basic manners of talking to the client and They are not willing to carry luggage till the room.... And unnecessary charges for having Children with u in the room.
