Orritel Convention Spa and Wedding Resort

I had bad experience for car parking. We visited exactly in hotel premise and someone badly scratched my car with key and it was very long scratch. When I complaint to hotel executive they didn't showed any interest to find out who did this even though car was parked right in front of CCTV camera. Food was good.

The executive double bedroom was neat and clean. At first glance, so was the bathroom. However, only later did we realise that the commode leaks all over the bathroom... Feel dirty even entering the bathroom now... Sheets were washed, but damaged... air conditioning is good... Service is ok. Not too good... Bellboy wasn't available, so we had to carry our own luggage... Reception staff was extremely helpful... Room service was good in the afternoon, but post evening they stopped answering calls... Reception staff continued to support and coordinate to get items we required like towels in the bathroom, toothpaste, toothbrush, Bottled drinking water, extra bed etc... The only reason I am giving them any points is the service received at the reception and the location of the hotel... Overall, definitely not worth 5500/- per room, per night...

Our stay went well but I would like to address the ways how the basic services were utterly flawed. The mattresses provided were stained and the room service just ignored me until I pointed out the problem. The breakfast was okayish but the room service was heavily disappointing.

The hotel is very well on highway and good for families and big groups,we had our meeting here of around 70 people and it Was well organised,good food and quality ...overall a nice experience

It isn't a hotel... It is a banquet hall... If u are on a biz trip do not ever stay at this hotel... If u want to give it for wedding and other purposes then why do u call it a hotel... We want peace after our hectic work and we get noise... If u want to give then give whole hotel booking for wedding or other ceremonies

The food quality is not at all good over here...Very average food. Won't recommend for a meal here. The service over here is considerable. The ambience is good enough. Hygiene is well maintained.
