Lavender Bough

I went here for a wedding of my cousin. Place was good and well maintained . It has basement hall , Open small ground on ground floor, Hall at 1st n 2nd floor....And rooms on 3rd ,4th n 5th floor. Best place for those who give preference to banquet hall. It can be prefered for a wedding or any program for 400 to 500 pax . Well maintained property and approx 2 kilometer from Ghatkopar Railway station. It coast approx 40 to 50 rupees in auto to reach this destination.

My experience staying at The Lavender baug was very memorable. The service really stood out for me. Everyone at the hotel were very pleasant and polite. The breakfast was delectable, with a very interesting selection.

This is for the 2nd floor hall/auditorium. Been there multiple times as an invitee. Hall is good. Fairly spacious for around 80-100 people. Location is convenient. There is stage which makes it easy to host small events etc. There is also space for having buffet meals.

My major crib (and one star less) : the washrooms are Ok ok. Located inside the hall, in a slightly inconvenient manner. Also, I really wish they maintained it better, especially during the function.

Staff is very co operative. During booking manager will help u with other arrangements for event like selfi point, decoration, band ghodi, chatri....etc.
They have all possible arrangements which is required for any banquet event.

This Hotel is on 90 ft road in Garodiya Nagar.. The reason why I specifically mentioned the location is because it is a bit off the main road and hence Google Maps fails to point other applications such as Zomato and Swiggy to this hotel entrance. The Hotel has a good entrance, lobby, parking lot and staff. The problem is with the maintenance. Lift is not very clean, certain floors are dirty with tobacco spat on service floors. Most rooms have balcony doors; which to your surprise may turn out to be common service doorways from where the room service staff enter after the door is unlocked from inside the room. Room Service is good, rooms are cozy (but tiny), solar water, good bathrooms. We stayed here for 3 nights and the sleep quality was good. Calm rooms with pretty good soundproofing (possibility that the hotel had less occupancy when we stayed here).

Else we found the hotel to be good enough for a small family per room. But prices are high considering the location; not as per the hotel standards.

Except the staff which is very polite and cooperative, everything in the room is in the worst condition. No window. Lobby is dirty.
plug points,Toilet taps are broken. Toilet door does not close properly or once you close it does it is hard to open it. AC full of noise. Food is not tasty and the portion is very less.

Enjoyed the marriage function hosted by our friend. Hall decor very rich and spacious.

Very bad experience with Mr Talwar, unable to provide to use restroom when came for inquiry due to functions going on.

Most absurd reasons.
