Worst. Not at all happy. I booked four bed AC, but the room is not the same as shown. When I complained about ants in the room, he said what can I do? I had to ask for towels, soap, and a dust bin. Nothing was ready. AC makes a horrible noise. And the receptionist is like itna to rahega hi. No mosquito repellent in the room. TV does not work.

Nightmare at Aman hotel- the best thing about this place is it's location. It's near cstm station merely 1.5 km from station. The worst?? Everything! We had our booking from 14th August 2022-16th August 2022 for double bed non-ac, we have reached the hotel around 11 pm . When we reached there they let us know due to 'late' check in, they have provided our room to someone else. Well, after requesting they gave us a small tiny room merely 30sq ft room with two single bed and promised us they will change the room next day. When we asked about status of our room changing condition they requested us to stay in the same room, but we declined then they provide us room no 211 ..the room is just pathetic as we have posted photos. As we have already paid for the whole trip we couldn't change the room. Room service? Well, we have stayed there for 3 nights, they didn't even change the bed sheet.forget about room service! Geyser is available in the room but not functioning. They don't even offer basic necessary things like water, soaps...it was a nightmare at Aman hotel that we want to forget. Just don't visit there even though if you don't have any other option...just stay at the station dormitory but don't waste your hard earned money here. 0/5

Worst hotel in Mumbai. Doesn't has an fan in the room has lot's of insects inside the room . Staffs are not friendly and don't co-operate with you.

Worst hotel ever , They people take full charges but does not provide anything like that i.e= Not a co,operative staff, dont even change bedsheet or dont do room service , and there are so many ``Khatmal`` in the bed, they dont even provide basic stuffs like soap, towel, handwash gel , shower gel and their doormat is worst ever ,Their AC is not working properly , In TV they done no recharge , wifi is worst ,Anytime water supply goes switch off .

Everything is good amenities are fine but require some hygiene to maintain when I entered in room few insects were crowlling on floor and near bed.

very very nice hotel. they recently renovated their hotel with good interiors. hotel staff are very polite and helping in nature. it is located in centre of mumbai shopping area. the food , shopping,taxi everything available around the hotel itself. this is my genuine review. go for it without any doubt guys🤘

hotel is good at this price segment, especially in Mumbai. though the room is too small it is average for two people. in the room you will get 2 beds with cushion, no blanket was there no tv, no towel, and no other service was there. washrooms are ok not the attached washrooms where I stay However, good hotels around csmt. now if you want to book a hotel for 1-2 days at a very budget-friendly cost then only you can go for this. I have booked it for 1 day. check-in around 9 am of 8th December and check-out at around 4 am of the very next day, so it's a short time booking for me that's why I choose this 😄Hope this was helpful for travellers ✌️😃💫 I like reading and writing
