Not a single water bottle provided by them in our booked ac room. No WiFi facility. Not a worthy service given by them. We didn't have any other option so we stayed there. Plus point is we had big TV in our room. Overall It's ok as per their charges.

Worst service, Rude behaviour.. Restaurant service is also worst. Served drinking water in dirty jugs..
They do not ON the generator when electricity goes down..
If you ask for Normal water they don't come before half an hour if you order packed water reached very soon.
Due to lack of hotels in nearby locations they don't care for their customers.

We have visited this hotel for engagement from Nagpur. It was good place for parties , birthdays , and farewell party's but not maintained properly.
Hall is small and can only occupy max for 60 people however washrooms are too pathetic and area was not cleaned.
Food was good and tastes better. Staff is arrogant.
Parking space is avaible for both two wheelers and four wheelers Even for bus.

They are not corporate and next day they are not going to cancel the booking for checkout they are saying 20min extra ho gaye but i want to cancel my booking but they say Computer me extra day ka rate chla gaya cancle ka option nhi hai so I'm giving this 1 start rating for there's no cancelation option, I'm ready to pay the20min after charger for checking out but they are saying pura rate lgega but other hotels not behave like this
