Very bad service, the staff has to be reminded of the order again and again, the waiter are very arogant, cleanliness is not appropriate, the dishes are not washed properly, they carry the remains of leftoverfood as it is, Service is vey late.Especially the waiter named Sujit is very arogant he argues back even if its his fault

This is review on dinning hall. Food quality was good . Service was too slow. As crowd was large they were not able to serve big crowd.
We had to repeatedly ask to bring food . Price is too high. Better check out other restaurants like Khawaiya or Trivini. They have very good service and price is also same.

Great place for vegetarian food. Food was very Tasty and all the items are unlimited.
Bowls had marks that should be properly cleaned up and wiped using paper or dry cloth.
Not enough parking place around.
Washroom should have been bit big.

Rooms were cleaned and well lit. Bedding and bed were comfortable. Mirror were big. Best part was hot water, it gave very full filling satisfaction after bath and helps to take away all tiredness due to travel. Since this is next to railway station there are metered rickshaw available to all over in city plus if you like you can get State Transport Buses to go long distances.

The management is not at all good. The receptionist, so dressed like a waiter had no sense to talk to costumer. As the hotel was bit full, so as the management has gained a lot of attitude. I hard the food was good there but the management will spoil name of the hotel...

Please think twice before going to this joint. Price of a three star but the place can't get more than one star from me.

Extremely poorly laid out room with next to nil ventilation w/o inviting misquotes and their relatives in.🤪 Bathroom with no hot water but OMG hot and cold water taps for show 🤣 If you arrive with your car be ready for another challenge too 😂

So far service has been the saving grace.

Everything is mediocre expect for the price. One can get same quality of food at 20% lesser price at some place else. Their so called unlimited plate does not include dessert.

We went there few months back. This hotel is located on prime area close proximity to railway station and city bus stand. it has Spacious ambience, cleanliness.
hygienic tasty food is plus point but they start serving immediately once you sit for your lunch/dinner here. They never ask what you would like to eat , what you dont or which vegetables you dont want in your plate. May be things have changed nowadays. No parking issue for four or two wheelers.
I would recommend this place for pure vegetarian food.
