Hotel Location is very good. Ambience is good.. hotel staffs are very well behaved and polite.. food was delicious.. Rooms were clean and neat. Stay was very comfortable...

We had a toddler with us our baby.. the design of bed and dressing area, wardrobe design is all absolutely not baby friendly or human friendly. All sharp edges etc.. no matter how hard we tried our baby got hurt severely and bled so bad first time.. our mood was off (baby is alright now)
THIS IS A SHOPPING CENTRE/ hospital ivf centre . And HALF HOTEL. was absolutely weird for me. Maybe because i had never seen anything like this before. I stayed in the best room they had and still didn't like it. I also felt it was over priced.

I have stayed in the best of properties like 5stars and normal properties too. But this one I really wasn't satisfied. I don't know how all good reviews are there. There was some night club party upstairs and the music kept playing so loud till late night.. the other rooms are under construction so the drills etc all day.. absolutely no calm.

Staff was helpful always. Polite. And food was nice. Breakfast buffet was very good. All Toiletries were provided. Room service was good.

Staff were very helpful, attentive and resolve issues ASAP if any. Breakfast is included in booking which has decent spread of 2 indian and 2 west cuisine with hot and cold beverage.Rooms are of different sizes we booked 2 and one which we got was very cramped and restroom were very small however another room had decent space.This place is in center of city so you won't find any difficulties to get transportation.It was an ok experience where you stay and forget as we later found better hotels on similar price range on city outskirts if travelling on your own vehicle you can explore more options. This place is not a hotel but two floor within a commercial complex. I often visit their other Branch in Trimbakeshwar which is indeed very good property with bigger premise and better stay experience however hospitality is good at both places.

Perfect stay for family. Location, ambience, service were very good. we had breakfast only since it's Veg and Non Veg combined. Staff was very friendly, cordial and very cooperative. Totally we had a comfort stay. thanks Goibibo.

Excellent service. But no chair inside the room. As the available one chair is put outside in balcony, it's little bit dusty. Also there is no body lotion no brush and no toothpaste which is available even in budget hotels.
Accessibility

The place is nice. I just went for a function there. The hall was small but clean. The eating arrangements were done at the terrace adjoining it which was nice and airy. Food was good. You get a nice view of Kolhapur from above.

Good decent hotel in heart of the city.
All basic amenities and we'll maintained.
Breakfast was very good.
Only Con: Towels were not clean enough and even bedsheet were not cleaned upto the mark. But that's minor issue.
Overall very satisfactory stay.
Heart of the city location, we reached their almost midnight, safety was upto the mark.

Overall a luxury hotel located at the center, its easy to visit places from the hotel's location. Staff were helpful during the stay. Food was also nice, special mention would be the roof top new year eve celebration with DJ / Live singing... Well spent vacation.. Thank you !!
