Hotel Dev Heights

I've visited this hotel for only once but the service they provide to their customers and everyone is Preety neat. Rooms are mostly available and are very neat and clean to be there. Breakfast service is available at the hotel and snacks you can order any time.
Best part is that the rates are affordable according to the service they provide.

This is a pathetic hotel situated right next to the Jalgaon Railway station. My company had booked us there for 3 days. The rooms are infected with bed bugs, cockroaches and rats. The management is not even bothered to get pest control done. When I & my team members showed the terrible bite marks and the multiple bed bugs on the bed; the Manager smirked and said this happens in Jalgaon! I had to shift 4 rooms to ensure I could get a place with less pests! The last room had roaches running around at night but fortunately no bed bugs. The bed sheets are dirty with stain marks. The pillows stink. There are no toileteries at all. The hot water, AC is controlled by the manager / staff sitting at the reception and they "mistakable" switch things off! The room gets visited by odd people in the middle of the night asking if TV is working? There is absolutely no 4-wheel parking available and the front of the hotel is littered and dirty. It truly is heights of what a hotel should never be. All my team members had a terrible stay which we will regret. I even disposed my clothes which I had used in the hotel to ensure no bugs go to the next place. Avoid this place at all costs!

The management need to upgrade and supervise the cleaning activity done at all rooms and kitchen (if wants to save the image of the hotel.) 1. The linen provided should be newer though they are providing washed and clean linens.2. The bathroom (faucet and tiles) need to clean on regular interval , looks untidy due to hardness of water.3. The clean cutlery , again looks untidy due to hard water.need more care to clean.the observation for the above gives a sabby untidy image to the visitors. otherwise the premise is good, staff is good and above all food is very good.

Budget hotel with decent rooms located just beside the railway station. Rooms are clean n tidy. They have their own restaurant but taste is good but high priced.

Location of the hotel is good but lacks other facilities parking issues lift problem cleanliness etc there were cockroaches in room no toilet papers only 2 towels were given for 3 persons

Have been staying in general suit for 4 and more people. It's 1 room with ample space. Have tv and ac too. Washroom is neat.
Cost 1 day/nt stay: 2500/-
Room service is a bit late.
As of now construction is still on the way so little details can be forgiven 😅.

I would never recommend this place to any person as they do not know how to treat a customer. They have asked for advance for a stay on my first day itself. When I tried to extend my stay for another day, they asked for another advance. When I cancelled my stay they charged me entire amount. Also they charged Rs. 10 extra on water bottle (5 For room service + 5 tax) I dnt know who charges Rs.5 which is 25% of 20 as tax.
Rooms are big, but fan runs so slow that you wont get good sleep. Worst experience. Rather book Hotel Tourist Resort which is just 5 mins walking distance away from it.
