Townhouse OAK Hotel Pal Palace

Very bad rooms, stained blankets, taps not working in washroom, room is stinking, no fan in room, ac not working well. Not even worth 500rs per night.
Booked room through Oyo. Very bad experience.

Rooms are very dirty, bathroom not clean, staff is not co-operative, linen was very dirty they are not changing linens when room allotted to new customers, dust was every where in room

Dont go blindly as oyo showing different amount and Hotel asking to pay more money. We have no options at that time so be careful

Me and My colleague booked this Hotel via OYO app. We felt helpless as made advance payment and front office representative were not happy with the booking amount and asked for additional amount. However after request they did allow us as we hardly spent about 5 hours. With this whole episode happening around 1am, approach by OYO Customer Care was quite unexpected as he couldn't convince the Hotel Front office team and told us that he will try for different hotel.

Lesson Learnt- Pls. Book via offline mode or Directly connect with Hotel while booking Hotels in places like Nagpur for hassel free checkin.

Advice to OYO- Pls. Update Fares incase your Hotel Partner is not Happy as such episodes can be avoided. At the end of day, Internal Customer i.e Hotel Partner and External Customer like us have to be Happy. In my case, we booked 3 rooms and all of us were new in Nagpur.

Second aspect was the Room Quality. The Room given to all of us were Pathetic with No Ventilation.
My overall experience has been Very Bad.

DONT VISIT THIS PROPERTY , worst ever hotel mainly not at all clean , asking for more money at the time of check in as we have no option left and have to pay them more and their leins are not clean , staff is very horrible ,abusive and rude in nature.
WARNING : DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY IN THIS HOTEL

If I can I will like to give -2 to the hotel. The room was looking like it has not been cleaned from a month, full of dust and fungus. The bedsheets and towels were very dirty with fungus on bedsheet. It seems like they never wash it. There was no Ac and for hot water they provided rod. It was a horrible experience.

Not able to give zero or negative rating.. i had booked oyo.. they said we dont accept booking from oyo anymore.. i reached there at midnight 3am since my flight landed at 2am.. on oyo app the fare was showing around 1000.. they charged me extra saying the room tariff is much much higher than what oyo was showing.. i had no way out other than paying the extra.. when i entered the room the bed was infested with bed bugs.. washroom jet was broken.. no mirror in the room..no toiletries.. can write more but highly frustrated..
