Panchavati guest house rooms are very old n beds are smelly. There is NO hot water facilitE. Gym is under renovation. Staff no way bothered for customers. Room service is very very poor. Aged receptionist responds very slow. Three restaurants of Panchavati are only good at this hotel. Food is good. parking available n spacious.

We were three families and booked 3 rooms. Room 101, 105, and 107. Bedsheets not cleaned No room service. I myself took the water jug and took from first floor. When asked by person on reception, he simply answered this is not my job. In room 107 TV is old fashioned B&W, not dish T V working. Reception person in the morning is not cooperative. Moreover this there is no hot water supply in any room, when asked then it was told hot water supply finished at 8.00 am while I was waiting for hot water since 7.00 am and was waiting for person on reception to complain about hot water. He came back after one hour. When asked on reception then the person on reception starts shouting at me. Over all the experience is worst. I would not recommend to stay in. WORST STAY. horrible experience of Panchvati guest house wakil wadi.

Great place for peace lovers! Panchmatia millionaire suites are typical heritage suits with attached black room and fridge. Only downside is it has got limited service only till 11 in morning and 7-9 in evening. Good for businessmans !

but at check in time need provide 2/3 lit water as per customer requirement provide plate if customer bring outside food . need to receive late night customer call if call counter landline no. if customer need medical emergency ( alone customer)

It is clear written on the desk of room that NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED. No food at your room. for that you have to go to Panchvati Yatri Restaurent. not even water is provided. for service it is ZERO.
when I ask for dinner Manger showed me NOTICE of NO SERVICE. I shocked HLTEL WITHOUT NO SERVICE.
On 2nd day some fat boy come and ask me how many days will you stay here ? i shocked and said 3 days... he told me to come to manager and clear it...i went at receptiom he was talking to someone.. then said you paid **? i said YES... then he said thier other shift Manger made check out of yours.. I twiCe showed my email from **for hotel booking for 3 days and fully paid **.. he did not like I PAID **..
i gave 3 STARS only for location pf hotel...
Dont expect even water to your room. because this hotel is NO SERVICE ONLY STAY HOTEL...,...

I usually dont review hotels/flights/restaurants because I feel its not the best use of my time. However my experience with Panchvati Guest House made sure that I jump onto the reviewing bandwagon.
We were travelling from Lucknow to Nashik, a city that was completely new to us ( me and my wife).
We got to the hotel late in the night (around 12pm) and met a guy at the reservation counter. The guy told us that they would not check us because they needed "proof" of our marriage. My wife had not gotten her surname updated in various IDs since we got married only a few months back. (which i believe is a very common scenario considering the hassles one needs to go through to get stuff done in our corrupt public office system). The guy would not budge from this stance and threatened not to check us in at around 1PM in the night.
With poor connectivity on our cell phones we did get hold of the marriage certificate and emailed that to the guy. With that accepted he next asked us to give our IDs. On giving the same, he again got into a heated argument stating that i did not hand over the ID properly "in his hand". We tried to shy away from the arguement as our main goal was the stay and not to spoil our moods with the bad behaviour of this guy.
He finally decided to check us in. However his demeanor and manner was beyond repair. My wife went in to check the hotel room. However when we calmed down in a couple of mins, we did not feel good about the entire experience. We found another hotel in another part of the city and decided to take the risk of travelling the night at around 1am with our luggage and checked in into the other hotel.
We have nothing against one person but would like to request the owners/stakeholders to teach staff to be courteous and respectful.

Midst the Nashik floods we found this place comfortable and reasonably priced. 4 people could stay in the room, and the residents get breakfast coupons as add ons. Clean and safe at just 640.
