OYO Flagship 14803 Hotel Silver Inn

my rating would be 1 poor the hotel staff wasnt good at all especially the receptionist she had a different level attitude didn't behave properly. we had booked it from oyo app and did the payment before checking in itself once we reached the hotel the receptionist said that they do not accept online booking and directly said to check for other hotel after a while she agreed. the hotel was not at all clean the bedsheets were dirty the lift was dirty room didn't had fan and geezer. it was not at all like the pictures shown in the oyo app. don't think so that i'll ever think of booking again. worst experience ever...🤮

in this hotel no proper parking facility available ,tv connection also not their ,ac are not in maintain condition ,staff service is moderate ,.while check in ; so much time we were waiting in lobby,cctv camera are not available outside the entry gate of hotel

well its easy to locate service was ok bt reason im giving 2 star jst because ac was not working. washbasin tap was not working there is no water and at last i have booked the deluxe room with breakfast bt at morning i didn't get the breakfast also.. they just need to maintain properly otherwise all good i hope this review will help them..

Worst hotel ever experienced to stay. Apart from OYO payment they ask additional 2000₹ as there's rush in weekend. Rooms are untidy and nothing is working well in the room. washroom cleanliness worst. Kindly do not stay at this hotel also do not recommend

Third class service,they are so unprofessional n fraud I had booked a room for my staff after booking done n payment already done online,they were asking for extra money while time of checkinn. @ late night they messed n when we denied to pay they tried to deny for check inn & cancel booking

Worst hotel room I have ever been to.
Dirty, not maintained most neglected.
Bathroom door won't close, as I had stayed there with a friend, one of us had to go out of our room if other person had to use washroom or shower.
Please stay away from this place.
Worst expirence ever.
I would gave given it 0 star if I could.

Water is leaking
No cleanliness
No facilities
As per receptionist, breakfast time is after 10....
No facilities for drinking hot/warm water....
Pathetic.....they don't have any rights to call them Hotel.....

Very bad stuff. Everything is broken. From tap, A.C to Window glasses. We have been given T.V in our room. But it has no channel even the free channels?!!! Complimentary breakfast wasn't given after 1st day stay.
