Room was full of moisture. bathroom was stinky. The most troubling part was quality of mattress was very poor, it hurt my back as body was sagging inside the bed and while sleeping one feels the pain of spring. Please change the mattress. another thing which troubled my family members is breakfast time. Hotel was not having anyfacility if providing breakfast so it all depends on vendor. Hotel people provided breakfast 2 hours late inspite of reminding them multiple times. No provision of tea .
worst part is hotel manager deducted half amount of one day hotel charge in our case of early check out that is we checked out 2 day prior to the chk out date. At the chkin time we clearly told manager that our stay depends upon my mother's operation. If doctor will release her today then we will vacate your hotel tomorrow and same thing we informed to the hotel nest day around 8 a.m. They sad they will approve the full refund of 2 days but when we came back home they deducted our amount of half a day which is not fair. They eat my hard earned money. God is watching everything and everyone.

Nice & cozy little property in the heart of the city (Nagpur). Very close to the LAD metro station.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have nice pictures on the walls. Air conditioning, hot water, coffee maker ... everything was perfect.
Service can definitely improve. Found the staff to be polite and responsive. However they need to plan the things better. Our room was not made when we checked in and they had to repeatedly apologize for the inconvenience.
Breakfast (which is outsourced) was not ready until 9am and again the hotel staff was helpless. But the food was tasty and we enjoyed it even if it was served very late.
Overall good 4 star experience.

A decent place to stay with family. Room was big with a king size bed. Lots of sunlight in the day with a view of the aqua metro line right outside the window. Bathroom was clean. The entire hotel had artistic pictures and frames all over that made this hotel unique. Has ample parking in the back. Located close to LAD chowk metro station for a quick ride.

Had an amazing stay in the property. Very good and polite staff. The food menu is pretty good too. Easy to reach and have metro station on walkable distance. Thanks for the service.

Was too good for stay. Staffs were nice and the locality was cleaner and you have street fooda available jusy beside the hotel and in front of it.
I liked the place and interior as well.

Excellent room...comfortable stay..value for money. I enjoyed my two days stay without any issue. Room and washroom were clean..bed was comfortable..Every facility was available like hot water etc. Location is also excellent. Food taste is also good..only the service way and no. of option can further be improved.

Compact, cozy, well maintained rooms. Prime location to stay with good connectivity like metro, buses and just 4 kms away from the railway station.
Hotel has restaurant and variety of food outlets right outside of it.
