Let's Begin! Awful Non hygienic Breakfast. They had idli which tasted rotten; flies were all over the breakfast court. I asked them to clean the table & chair and the waiter used his hands to clean it, thus only cleaning 20% of the spilled food. So I didn't had breakfast. Speaking about room, it had moderate yellow lights and only yellow light. If you wear spectacles then good luck with your eyesight. Room was not properly dusted I was in the room and the staff was cleaning outside, suddenly I saw trash entering below the door to my room! Then I questioned me staying here for even a day more? The lift didn't work for 4th floor where I got the room. Poor maintenance! The washroom didn't have toilet paper and the spray was broken as you can see in the image. If the day can't go worse then let me share you with room service. I ordered drinking water which I didn't receive. Then I called again after an hour the reception replied they will send in an instant. 25 mins past by and there was no sign of water. Then I called again after 10 mins, then the reception replied they have accidently sent it in the wrong room! Then they brought me water after more 5 mins. Worst hotel experience ever in my life.

The room is big and decent. But the staff is not very cooperative. In breakfast only one item with tea is served so don't expect much. It's located centrally so not difficult to travel. You need to request them to change the sheets and give you fresh towels/hand towels. Good option if you get the booking in between Rs 800-950.

Extremely overpriced hotel with small rooms and pathetic service. It would be best for you to avoid checking into this hotel. I booked this hotel by calling OYO rooms and their executive booked two rooms for five guests. And when you pay 3300/- for five guests that’s almost 1200/- for one room with double occupancy and 1800/- for other with triple occupancy, you expect the room to be large enough. But on the contrary the rooms were extremely small - picture attached. There was not enough space to move around, keep luggage etc. One can get better rooms at the same price.
We checked in at 7.30am for which we had to pay 30% of tariff I.e 600/- ; we had no issues with it but the person at the reception asked us to pay it there and then! When we asked him to charge us when we check out - he wasn’t listening and asked us to pay there only. We were in a hurry and wanted to use the restroom in our room, but even after requesting repeatedly the reception guy wasn’t listening and instead was talking rudely with us.
Breakfast is pathetic. Which hotel, after charging 1200/- and 1800/- for two rooms respectively offers you only Poha for breakfast??? There were no other breakfast options. If you ask for anything extra - like a paratha or even a simple thing like bread-butter - it was chargeable. Strange right?
Do not expect anything good from this hotel. Even at 1pm our second room was not ready.
Will not suggest this hotel to anyone.

One of friend stayed here. Overall good but need to improve cleanliness and service. Location is good. It’s close to Market . Surrounding is little concern. It’s good for short stay. If you have to catch train in early morning or arriving late night by train. Parking little concern but manageable. Room charges is affordable. Should concentrate on better service.

I stayed here for a couple of days , the hotel staff is polite and decent , the rooms size were okay , cleanliness and food quality and taste was great.I was really impressed with the ROOM SERVICE, they were prompt, courteous and taking no time to provide with the service , only two suggestions I would like to include , the breakfast buffet could be better , although it's not bad but could be much better than this, also the house keeping staff needs to be checked , cause while cleaning up the rooms , they were creating noise , it could be managed in a calm and silent way but yes not an issue. Had a great time , would love to visit and stay back here again.

Very cheap hotel, rooms are not exact as shown in online portal, staff is unhelpful, rude. Very unhygienic hotel, complimentary water is tap water Very bad experience ever. Don't go there

The receptionist was to rude with me and I had ordered food from Zomato and the receptionist was talking rudely with the delivery boy

Worst hotel every stayed in. I travel all over india but this is the worst experience i have ever had. The room has cockroaches and when we tried to reach out to the staff , they said that you can leave the hotel ! Do not ever stay in this unhygenic bad place.
