OYO 23431 Ocsa Inn

My experience was very bad, i was there for 3 days did my booking through make my trip after 19 hours of long journey when i reached the hotel they told me that they don't accept online bookings. I was exhausted and frustrated, called mmt they told me they will solve my issue and call me back after 1 hour. No concern was shown by anyone at all. I had to pay the full amount through offline mode at the hotel and i m waiting for mmt to refund my money.
The service is pathetic, i told the manager to send a staff in my room they did nothing, they showed me 4 rooms 3 of which was not even finished yet, the location is even worse

This property is total scam. Oyo is even part of it...the oyo customer service books by saying its a nice stay. Try it once. When i reached they charged twice the booking amount and i even made advance booking payment via upi. Then the room was not hygenic and not bucket in washroom. When i asked for one, the receptionist taunted you have to more that service. I was with family that time so saying nothing is good.
But such a bad and unsafe property should be closed and ,bad of all part is the brand like oyo is biggest part of this negligence.
The property should be shut down and no online platform should be provided to such property.

Rooms are not offered At the price Mentioned on OYO . During Check in The ask for Extra money or They don't give you the room..Its a Trap I already paid all the amount on Oyo App and during checki in they said we don't give rooms at that price I was asked to Pay The current room price .

After pre-booking, during checking the total amount to be paid is 1271 for 2 rooms as your oyo customer has done booking.from my 2 different mobile no. But they asked 2100 for both room during checking-in. I tried to contact oyo service but it was unresponsive.

very bad service they charged more than oyo price please do not book here it's fake and fooling people

OYO and Hotel Both are Scam ... Already Paid all the Amount On OYO and During Check in Hotel Owner Said we Don't Provide Rooms At such Cost You Have to pay whatever room charges are so I paid 600rs Extra ........TOTAL SCAM

I Don’t Know About Online Booking But I Booked It Physically it was Our Office Tour For 15 Days The Service Was Top Notch if You Find It hard To Book Online Visit Physically Yes Rooms Are Not That Good But The service And the Behaviour Of Staff Is Very Nice 👌🏼❤️

Very very poor reception service,unethical & inexperienced & uneducated staff. Reception guy is very bad some fat guy. Reception guy thinks he is the owner but ultimately he is disturbing the business of his owner. I will never every go again to osca inn & carnival inn and will not recommend anybody to go also. Lift not avilable,room stink,washroom not clean, unsanitised, small room. Total disappointment. Room not worth 5 rs also.
