Hotel Veeksar The Fern

Really need improvement in services and very small details if want to be star hotel. Staff training is required , during breakfast very bad experience .. no one really cares what's going on. Management need to Hire someone to train employees to smile and prompt. I feel bad since it's a wonderful property

The hotel is just 3 years old so property looks good. Premium room is compact not spacious.
Buffet dinner and breakfast is basic.
I am disappointed with no clear marking for Fire Exit on our floor. In an emergency one will struggle to find the staircase entry. Even the inside of room door did not have escape route map. This is basic of any hotel and certainly not for a Fern property.

the staff needs to be trained on their people skills. the rooms are good but the general built quality of the entire property is poor. breakfast spread is good. cleanliness isn't upto the mark. had to call the housekeeping to get the toilet stains removed after we checked in.
an okay stay overall.

we have stayed in Fern on the way to Goa... I personally recommended this hotel as a very good for stay with family if your having little baby.. staff help us lot for our baby food took special care in every aspect...

The Check-in process was a big pain. Took about 2 hours to get the Rooms assigned. The staff was clueless about the same. We were called to the counter twice dum the coffee shop saying the rings were ready when they weren't. The Buffet Breakfast was hit & miss. On the positive side Rooms were large, airy & comfortable.
On day 2 of our stay we faced problems with Hot bathing water. The staff tried to address this issue but a little too late.

The hotel is highly under staffed. They problems when you land here will start when you try to get your car valet Parked, very slow and unmanaged. Rooms very small and not very clean. No hot water in rooms and responsive ness of management very poor, if you value money avoid this hotel. We stayed in Sayaji during our last visit and I rate it the best hotel in Kholapur.

The hospitality is quite good. Rooms are spacious and very neat and clean. Food has variety of dishes, one can savour. The hotel is situated on main highway so easy to travel...C

Located on main road... good for travellers. Rooms are okay and clean.... food quality is okay but the quantity is too poor..... not value for money. I never came across such less quantity in any major hotel of same category.
