No frills basic hotel near bus stand, which has good size rooms, ac, lcd TV with fair number of channels, average cleanliness and helpful staff. No great food but simple basic needs met well. Functional amenities but upkeep needs betterment. My stay was particularly comfortable because the staff, particularly Mr Shazid, was very helpful and supportive. I reached here when all facilities in the city were booked due to a big conference and room rents were like crazy. They had also spiked the tariff but still were fairly reasonable.

Worst service We booked this hotel through online by oyo but the Manager ask more 1100 /-Extra charges and behave very rudely with us.

A 2 star hotel situated near Old Bus stand in Nagpur. Some Double rooms are old types with minimum space. Elevators are available. No Regional language except Hindi and Marathi programms in the TV channels. No south Indian

nice stay with hotel octave. staff was co- oprative and give fully service whenever i want.. i suggest to stay this hotel is gud as per locationa as per quality and staff behaviour as well..
