Most unethical customer service, No cleanliness and also room is completely dirty tarting from bed to floor and washrooms. Also they bring up their own rules every time. Don’t stay in this hotel in in your dream.

I could mark half star to this rating. Worst service ever. If you order morning tea, tea ready till your lunch time. If you order water even, it could be used to sprinkle on your un-concious body after frainting from thirst. NO TAT for any service. They give room and annoyed you to change the room for such stupid reason.. and money.! OMG!! Staff is just money eater! I booked 3 days but on very 1st day come to room at night to pay three day charges as if world will end and hotel will be burried if i dont give on 1st day.. NOT RECOMMENDED for a hour stay also! Hotel is full of money eater ghosts

The incident- hotel manager is not accepting any bookings done via MMT or OYO and charging all online customers extra 1000-2000 INR amout ( manager say they are not accepting any bookings which are less than 2200 inr per night tarrif) . When discussing the same, the hotel manager is very rude and dont have sense to talk to customers.
No services even we are ready to pay.
This hotel also tries to fraud and collect money in name of early check in.
In the end, we did not checked in and gone for alternatives.
I would suggest everyone not to book any OYO rooms rated hotels to avoid any last minute messes and arguments.
Govt of India also officially fined OYO and MMT for miscommunication gaps between hotel and online platform.
Just blacklist this hotel where manager is not ready to co-operate. Trust me this review is very genuine and I have all proofs to support this review.
ps: I am avid traveller so I know such hotel management scams how its done and how end user is suffered.

It was memorable stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. They offee smooth services with FREE breakfast. I loved the coffee specially. Great experience staying here. Highly recommended.

The Townhouse or Ownhouse are two names for one facility. I stayed comfortably there and enjoyed the walk in the morning around that hotel. Very well connected by all means of transport. Food was good. Hospitality was equally good. Improvement in professionalism is required in service. Overall it’s a value for the money. Owner takes interest and checks that guest are comfortable. Will be remembering my stay.

Everything was good front office staff...room was client nice ambiance...the reception was very helpful..I every preferred this hotel...
