Have been staying at this place since 2001. The place has evolved with time. Comfortable rooms, extremely VFM. The property is managed by the owner's themselves, so if you have good rapport you can get some extras. The owner's are very helpful and courteous. Staff is also very polite and prompt in service. Convenient location is the best thing about the place. Any major landmark in the city is hardly 4/5 kilometres away from the place. Proximity to the industrial belts of Gokul Shirgaon & Kagal MIDC makes this place an ideal choice for business visitors. Ample car parking is another advantage. Rooms are recently renovated and are very comfortable. WiFi is available in the room. Hot and cold water available 24/7. The place has its own bar and restaurant, so if you want you can order food and drinks to your room. Food and drinks are moderately priced. Home style food is served and Maharashtrian veg food is very nice, special mention to the hot chapatis. Non veg dishes are also good. Breakfast is complimentary but limited. I definitely prefer this place to the other congested hotels in the main city.

Towels wers not clean,bathroom was dirty also no handwash at bathroom, no reception number near phone,lamps were just as showcase as compared to room cost facilities were not provided.they were taking charges for toothpaste also.pillows were hard and very uncomfortable

This is one of the dirtiest hotel in kolhapur ...please do not book it ...it is very dirty , bedsheets are not clean and the ...owner is arogant and rude..he does not sense to talk and care about customer. Hotel breakfast is very cheap ..so suggest not to book this on any condition ...

Hotel rooms are very cleaned. Staff is very polite and supportive and they give complimentary breakfast . The complimentary breakfast is very nice and also good atmosphere, I specially refer for family and business persons

Very basic property, can be tagged as "Low budget Hotel". It's close to railway tracks and hence one can get disturbed with honking & train passing noise.
Property needs lots of renovation, one can see plaster cracks / paint peeled of from walls of Rooms, Restaurant and other common places.
Not suitable for long stays.
One feels low when entering property due to inadequate lights. Parking available.
If one is visiting Mahalakshmi temple, then would suggest to look for hotels around the temple as better ones are available there at slightly high price

Best Hotel for stay in kolhapur. I will recommend it if want to stay in kolhapur. It is also near CBS stand Hotel service is too good. Staff is also cooperative and kind. Room service is also best. Parking is also available.
