OYO 10507 Hotel Platinum

Don't ever think to stay in this hotel. Very poor service. It's dummy inn and better to sleep at outside. I felt very bad service from them. Following are my observations :

1. Staff - Pathetic. There were two managers at front desk. I felt like one was day manager and another one was night Manager. Had a little time with day manager but he seems to be nice. But the night manager, he is not at all suitable for his job. "Respect", I don't think he know this word & it's meaning. For everything I have to run and ask him. He was slim, tall and disrespectful.
2. He asked me to adjust the room service though I paid full deposit with proper procedure.
3. Food - was worst. They served it in aluminum foil and plates are dirty. Never felt the way it looks good. Bought from outside and taste was good.
4. No support from help desk.
5. No lift.
6. Narrow passage. Are you kidding me?

Please go into some proper hotel rather than this dummy hotel.

Just checked & found no hangers to hang out shirt. Enquired with reception & got reply that hanger facility not available. This is basic requirement in hotel rooms, should be improved.

Check-in denied for online booking 😢 Ruined my trip. it was very bad experience for me , I was riding from Pune to Nagpur on bike. I did hotel booking from MMT and confirmed with property manager on call that they received booking and there is no issue.Also informed them that it will be late check-in 9-10PM and early check-out 5AM. they said okay , no issues at all.
I arrived late at aurangabad , reached there by 1030 they said sir we have issue with your booking and we ended up contract with Oyo yesterday evening and if you want check-in , do cancel booking online and make cash payment.
it took approx an hour to sort out everything because of this delay I didn't get my dinner searched nearby for 1-1.5 hrs, I am pure vegetarian (don't eat in nonveg hotel).
sleep late, needed sleep for 5-6 hrs to drive 600km next day.
started at 7am instead of 5 am.

ruined my ride to home.

Nice rooms, decent service.
Stairway is a bit cramped and not well ventilated. However rooms are well equipped. TV, WiFi and hot water facilities available and work for real

Rooms are good, room service is also fine but breakfast was not good there is no option available for complementary breakfast. Daily they have same menu which have 3-4 items.

Doesn't have lobby. Small rooms. Air conditioning makes enough noise to disturb you. Dustbin wasn't available. Pocket friendly.

Hotel location is best but concern is that they are not having lift. So it is not user friendly for senior members. Room ambience is a good as per charges.

The main reason behind atleast 3 ratings is the polite, soft and responsive behaviour of service people.
However, the rating should not go above 3, because the room and bathroom are not cleaned and not maintained well. Any guest would get irritated.

I'd appreciate if it gets properly cleaned well before the check in time, not after guest's arrival.
Otherwise its location is good.
