This hotel is worst I ever stayed! They don’t even deserve 0 stars the bad sheet and pillow were unwashed. The air conditioner was not working. the rooms were not properly cleaned . The Wi-Fi was not working. Cockroaches were everywhere the mattress was dusty and smelly. I would to suggest not to go here. They took unwanted price for these room. I would not go here if they force me and say that we will give you money. The attitude of the owner was rude. These hotel is not worth going .

Budget friendly rooms. Breakfast had all my heart. They got an amazing pet Mithoo🦜. loved playing with him and loved to hear his cute little voice.

Hello, just sharing my feed back where i have visited on 16/12/2022.Location: 5/5 Room:2/5 (Housekeeping not done and welcome kit not avilable)Restaurant:2/5 (Normal Room)Services:2/5 (wifi not working, hot water avilable 3hrs in morning, no water bottle during check in)Charges: 4/5Staff:5/5 very cooperative Terrace garden:2/5 swing,slider all are damgedswimming pool:3/3 (not visited just sharing as per water view)Parking:3/5 Parking outside Hotel (Park at ur own risk)We were looking for night stay so i prefer average hotel and due to saturday all hotels were occupied and charges were high. I selected hilltop and felt not bad not good experience. if u planned for 2 or 3 days with family then go for some nice hotel. Thank you IBibo.

Decent budget hotel.
All basic amenities are there. Don't expect a lot as it is a budget hotel and prices accordingly.
Good location, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Car parking is also there.
Overall satisfied. good location, friendly staff

Hotel staff was cooperative and courteous. Food quality needs improvement. Bedsheets, pillow covers need replacement.

It is okay okay type. You should usually go and book on the spot, There are better hotels in Saputara on the same price, don’t trust online prices much until there is crowd or some festivs

Hotel is good but, (visited on 29th Dec 2022) Over all service is very bad....Limited Hot Water timing on winter season from morning 7 to 10 .....Limited Breakfast & Lunch time from morning 8 to 12 / Limited Dinner time from 6 to 8 & they don't allow outside food in hotel........Wi-fi not working / Room Phone Not working ....you have to use your phone to call reception & restaurant & restaurant bill you have to pay when they deliver your food ....they don't give over all bill when you checkout... please select this when you don't have any other options available @Saputara
