Never ever check in this hotel. It is a dormitory. Bad rooms. Food is bad. Rates dont match the standard.

Worst experience I ever had with theses hotel.there are 2 imperial hotels are there both the receptionist are very bad at answering our questions they demand more money than actual price.room quality was so poor. Both the imperial staff was so bad and when I asked why this room is not clean then they answered me if you want to stay you have to adjust. Don’t come to these hotels

Rooms are very average. Service is fine and staff is also good. Location is prime.

I experienced the bad situation in the hotel.. even my guest got the baddies from the hotel reception & in cross conversation my guest made huge anger on them. Breakfast was too oily & smelly. You have to call maximum time for hot water. Tea cattle weren't able to dispense the tea if we tried to open the cover of the cattle it blast opened & hurt my guest's hand.

Bed bugs all around, u just cant sleep in here with atleast 5 bed bugs on you every given moment. Plus the bed bugs will stick to all you clothes as well as your bags!
The room service is rude to the core!
The hotel lift doesnt work before 6pm due to some construction work.
The rooms are not at all good for the paid price of 3000 rupees.
The TV doesnt works in half of the rooms, and where it does work you can barely watch only 1 paid channel, the rest are free channels and useless!
The staff doesnt entertain to give a bottle of water before 15 mins, forget about the food and other demands!
No pros about the property at all!

This hotel is just 300 meter distance form Andheri Railway Station.. and good service availability.. good for family n business meetings purpose

Pathetic people they constantly keep on knocking on your door unnecessarily orelse they constantly try to open your room without any reason.
Cleanliness was okayish

Very bad staff bad behaviour not good from stay personal recommend to stay here next time the can charge water bottle also not value from money 😡🤬
