Pratap Heritage Hotel

The experience was good and staff was friendly. But the service was quite OK. Water refills required multiple reminders. This might be due to off season that resulted into such service but I paid good amount and hence the expectations.
Privacy was good but the room given to us was not upto the mark. AC was not working. Also it was fitted in such a way that outside noises were clearly heard. I even tried to raise this complaint to the attendant but only thing he gave me was assurance

Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. It is situated in central location and easily accessible and rates are affordable. However hotel room could be maintained better. There was leakage through the window, bathtub was dirty and bed sheets were stained. But overall it is passable

For stay in market best hotel.

Staff asking for tip that is really irritating.

Staff was friendly and co-operative! Rooms were normal clean, would be better if added some room freshener. Also the room.ahould include hot water kettle so that we don't have to call multiple times to staff. The bathrooms were normal clean would be more cleaner would be great!! Food options were less but delicious. Better if e.g. orange, pineapple or watermelon juices in the menu. Food options could be more would be great fun. overall good experience!!

It was an amazing experience staying here. Thank you so much for making our trip this awesome...The food was excellent and the services were also up to date. Would really recommend to my family and friends.

Good staff behaviour, food quality was good, room was properly cleaned. Recommended for budget family room.

Room provided on 1st day was too small for 2 adults and 1 kid however next day bigger room was given.. food was good, location is not very closed to bus stand. Overall good 👍

Hotel room was nice and clean.
But staff was quite rude , they were asking for tips everytime they see the customer..seems like hotel is not paying them enough , so they are relying on customer tips.. it's really annoying.

Management was also quite rude , they do not have manners to talk with customer. I have seen management to talk with customers in rudely manners..

Accountant directly communicated with us , if you don't know how to talk with customer then why you are interacting with customers. management was convecing us to pay bill in cash so that they can save their taxes..

Guys DO NOT pay them in cash , they were trying to stealing taxes, which is serious crime.

Will not recommended this hotel to anyone..
