Hotel Apex International-Near Mumbai Airport

WORST experience in hotel I ever had... I booked two room, I paid them online. When we reached the hotel they told us that they were a lot of clients so they wanted us to take only one room with absolutely no repayment for the other one. After long négociation, they told us they would give us the room we paid for but at 1 a.m. We finally had the room at 4 a.m, so we slept till 12 as they gave us the room too late. So they asked us to pay extra for being living the room 30min late... And by the way saying that we were bad clients... Well, here's my experience... DON'T GO THERE

Guys we had a plan of trip, and not aware of this hotel.. personally we felt very bad, firstly there is no HOT water facilities,no soap no towel, no lock, no cleanliness, worst experience ..
When we informed regarding hot water facilities they don't respond for a day .. they charged high price per day and no proper facilities.. and rooms are small, no hygienic.. yuck ...
One of the worst rooms please guys don't go for this... It's waste of money and time. Finally you people will come out with health issues

Some facts about this hotel are following...

Food fresh and hot if one ordered by hotel restaurant.

Staff are very humble and polite.

In my booking breakfast included that's awesome as tasty breakfast given in buffet manner.

As well as some negative facts are as follows.

Rooms are very Small size..
No Sofa in deluxe rooms
Washroom are neet n clean but very small in size.

It was just OK.
I had called them the 2 days before the travel regarding the early check-in. They told me that I need to pay extra, I said okay.
When I went on the checkin day around 6.30am, they said I can checkin only after 11am. They refused to give me room stating all rooms are occupied. We waited.
Later a group of 25+ came around 8.30am and around 15 rooms were given to them one by one. Though that many checkouts had not happened. I requested multiple times to provide one room for us but they denied and prioritised the group though we came 1.5 hours before them.
I don't see any pros apart from wifi.

Rooms weren't clean, no bolt to lock the washroom, dirty washroom, NO HOT water though asked couple of times, broken buckets.

Terrible experience, They ensured breakfast during booking but when said we had no breakfast in our booking. After some talk the staff Yogesh Tiwari and Dipali behaves rudely with my parents, say "Go eat your breakfast off our pocket. We will pay for you". This is not how staff behaves with the customers. Will never recommend it. I wish I could give a negative rating. Horrible service.

Bad receptionist Anuj. He demanded the entire payment before even confirming the booking. He sent many fraudulent QR codes to make the payment. He was abusing and did not provide my refund of 4000 even after 5 days. Please do not book a room in this. They are frauds who steal your money and never refund it.

Very bad experience.
Not recommended for family.
Poor location.
Bad smell coming from room.
Washroom was not clean.
Previous booked the hotel using online app, but after seeing large difference in the site display image and real images decided not to check in.
It is highly not recommended if you are coming with family.

I came Mumbai for Mumbai Darshan, & booked this hotel, for family it is not safe at all.
Also the rooms are very small & foul smell..... I asked receptionist to change my room ....another room was okay kind of but washroom was worst.
Another guest was about to checkout that day I asked about her experience she said whole night there was bad smell.... God knows how they stayed for a night

I decided to go for another hotel.

So I give this hotel "NEGATIVE RATING"
