Very bad attitude of receptionist.

1. AC doesn’t work
2. Toilet flush doesn’t work

We woke up all sweaty and mosquito bites. When asked to compensate we were told why didn’t we informed earlier. Don’t they have quality check inspections??

They charged 11,000 for 2 nights and on top of that they charged 1400 for service that didn’t exist.

They didn’t even help us carry luggage when we are exiting.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional receptionist and management. Sick b*st_rd.

The hotel is decent. Rooms are not very clean and the staff only cleans the bathroom, takes away the once used toiletries and sometimes replace them. It's a very wasteful practice. But the food is good. Although, the breakfast buffet options are limited. Location is not good as it's far from the airport and most of the famous places and eateries.

The most important thing about any hospitality based is attitude and service .
The people matter no matter what other things you have to offer.
Rude welcome and I don't care attitude ..
This prevails more in Maharashtra as I travel from Nagpur Pune or Kolhapur.

Rooms anyways are shabby and expensive for what is offered.

A kind disposition at the Hotel would have been welcome

No the manager didn't have a kind way of asking .
Verbiage and Tone is important .
Also if you have a policy do also check the quality of ceiling in the bathroom and the fittings .
Advance also comes to deliver what's is promised

Very polite and extremely cooperative staff. We were a large group, in many rooms for my son's wedding. And the staff looked after so many people without any problem.

Very bad front office management. As a three star hotel customer will come in all states, you need to give attention all as a customer only. I m from tamilnadu but the reception behaviour is very disappointed. Otherwise rooms are clean well maintained. My stay is in last week, if u ready to take action i wil provide my accomodation and room details also.

The hotel should not allow late night commotion created by customers in lobby. Inspite of repeated complain at reception , the disturbance went on beyond 1 am. For those visiting for business, this place should b avoided. Hotel does not take any action on undisciplined customers and give them freedom to disturb others sleep

We stayed here for 2 days. Stay was nice n comfortable. Rooms are small but hotel location was good. It has many restaurants nearby. One can have access to public transport and any other city places nearby very easyly. I don't know about the food here as I didn't try. Overall was a good experience. Staff is helpful and polite. Room r clean n neat.

We have had couple of small events at their hall. Food has variety but little expensive for the taste.
The staff was cordial and helping in all events.
