ye hotel completely bukwas area me he. hotel ke room me window bhi nahi he. hotel ki jo pictures dekhate he wo bhi jab hotel bana hoga tab ke he. room me suffocation hota he.most important to baat to ye he ki ye hotel ka jo location dikhaya ja raha he vo us embassy ke pass walking distance G-BLOCK BKC pe dikha raha he. lekin actually ye 1.5 km ke distance par CST ROAD KISMAT NAGAR ka dikhate he. or jab aap call karo tab wo aapko original location aapko send karte he location exactly dikhaye taki customers ko samaj aaye.

Experience is not good at all, firstly there was no car parking space, i have to park my car on road and got scratches.
secondly room was full of cockroaches i even have to throw 9 out of my room and receptionist were not concerned at all.
we asked for a extra mattress and the condition of the mattress was so bad that even a tent house people will provide a better one.
Thirdly when there was new guest they asked me to remove my car as they only have one car parking spot on road in front of hotel and asked me to find some other spot, when i asked for owners number to complaint they refused.

overall a worst experience, i would suggest opt for some other hotel in this budget.

I was in Mumbai for US Consulate with my Grandparents and I was very confused to choose a good hotel nearby to US Consulate but thanks to Google for suggesting me one of the best and very close boutique hotel to US Consulate General. And our stay was more pleasant with the assistance of Mr. B. Ahmed and his team. Room and hygiene quality is being well maintained under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed. We love the stay and we will sure suggest and refer the hotel everyone who need to visit US Consulate.

Hi All, who are all travelling to Mumbai US consultant choose this hotel because it's just 1.5km far from hotel. You can either go by walk or auto rickshaw based your convenient and price is affordable. Currently there is road construction which is happening due to which you may experience with traffic. Staffs are good here.

The lady receptionist is ridiculous. She feels she’s the owner of that hotel, but she require reality check that she’s just an employee (naukar).

The way of talking very bad. She has given me the key while checkin on reception desk not even send hospitality with me to give necessary things.

I reached 15 min before my check in time. She asked me to wait for 15 min. I said I’ll leave 15 min early. Room is empty why are you asking me to wait. She replied, you have to pay 30% more of your booking amount to checkin 15 min before. She even asked his staff to knock my room door in between. It’s was very bad experience. No politeness in her voice. I advise you to please avoid going till the worst staff is there.

I am a regular customer of this office. I offently visit this hotel while booking on brevista. it never happened that anyone has asked me about my things for what purposed I have Booked for.
I had booked with one of my male frnd and your receptionist Mubin had conversate with me on a very bad note.
He also mentioned that he will not accept my booking he i bring my male frnd along with me if book the hotel from brevista.
I want an explanation where it is written that I should me companied with female while booking a room in your hotel.
Very disappointing behaviour from your receptionist.
I would suggest plz don't keep such uninformative and nonsense staff in your hotel which will distroy your customer base.
I would like to see a good reply from the owner of this hotel and I hope he/she will be consumer friendly.

One of the worst *location* ever. Located in slum area. Staff isn't supportive *at all*. Not *recommended* for couples. Very very bad and pathetic hospitality.
*Mr. Bilal is very rude and manner less. He does not know about any etiquettes about how to treat their guests*. *Please note ...there are lot of RATS in hotel*.
*Don't go on photos or room sizes.They have uploaded Porsche photos on online sites (goibobo) and address is also wrong on google and hotel is located in very slum area*. No cabs or ola, uber available on time.
Please upload new and real photos of hotel as well as locality and address.

It was good ,staff was very good and cooperative ,it was so difficult to reach there because road was closed on one side,room service was quick nd good ,rooms were clean ,it was on cst main highway, mall is there nearby ,it was good experience to stay there ,one must visit if searching room in kurla ,it is safe to stay there there is no any risk
