Trident Hotel, Nariman Point Mumbai

Great property at Nariman Point exactly opposite to the Marine drive. Ocean view rooms are great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet spread was less compared to other 5 star hotels across the country. Housekeeping was really good as they maintained the room very neat and clean. Love to stay again during my next visit to Mumbai

I checked in this hotel today.
Every staffs is very polite and room is good.
But I complain unfair behavior. My coworker was assigned upgraded top of ocean view room, I also requested similar room, but receptionist rejected. Moreover I requested non-smoking room, but assigned smoking room. Finally they agreed to change to non-smoking room, but I spent much time for negotiation.
As a result, I felt my birthday is very bad day.

But hotel staffs celebrated room decoration and nice chocolate cake later.

Amazing hotel and the service is really good. This hotel’s staff knows how to take care of the guests. Whatever I asked for was provided right away. I got a ocean facing room on the 30th floor and the view was breathtaking. Also, I went little late for the cocktail hours and still they served and the others till we sat there irrespective of the closing time. Breakfast buffet was good, specially the wide variety of juices. Overall, perfect hotel to stay in over the weekend.

Such an amazing hotel. We got the sea view and it was perfect for Diwali. We could se. All the fireworks all down Marine Drive.

The staff were super friendly and attentive and give great advice on best places to visits and for shopping.

The room was spacious and so well kept with the best toiletries by Kama.

The best hotel we have ever been to.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had while traveling around the world. Their premium rooms have gorgeous views of the ocean and city. The breakfast buffet included with the stay is sumptuous with cuisine from all parts of India as well as western delicacies.

Nestled in the heart of vibrant and bustling Mumbai lies the Hotel Trident, at Nariman Point. Soaring 35 storey's high, it offers panoramic views of Marine Drive or the Queen's Necklace. Rooms are spacious, clean. Service was good.
Food price is high, but you its a 5 star hotel so. The location is outstanding.

It's a 5 star hotel, but I felt it's become a little old with low maintenance of their restaurants and banquet halls. Rooms were good though and the food as well. View from the rooms over looking the sea is mesmerizing. A little chaotic though at the entry where in it takes time for you to get your formalities done to checkin.

Great stay here. The staff is friendly, helpful and warm. Beautiful property with a great location. Ocean view rooms are stunning, huge windows overlooking the water. The breakfast was nice. Rooms are also quite clean.
