Very nice location in Colaba with wonderful harbour view. They let us check out at 01:00 PM with no extra charge because we booked their vehicle for a ride to the airport.
We stayed for two nights and breakfast was good indian varieties.
The best was the rooftop restaurant and bar. Delicious food and drinks but cocktails were average!

conveniently located at the apollo bunder the property offers sweeping view of the arabian sea. it's an old building, the first 2 floors of which are a separate hotel and the 3rd floor is the boutique hotel harbour view. the room was tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable. the rooftop restaurant looked promising with great views of the sea.

Great positioned hotel for a first timer in Mumbai. About a 5 minute walk from the gate away and colaba market. Good Wi-Fi, great staff and good views. Room was good sized and had all the amenities. Worth the price tag as a little more expensive than other places in Mumbai. But worth it if you want the convenience of everything on your doorstep

Service boys are not available at correct to carry the luaggage and breakfast complimentary is too waste not worthy at all And for South people doesn't suits at all coz the restaurant showing more locality feeling

Only positive point about the hotel was its location and restaurant. It is at walking distance from Gateway of India and colaba market. This hotel is on the 3rd floor, there is another hotel on 1st and 2nd floor of the building. Parking is available inside the premises. There is a lift as well. Room size is good enough. Linen was not changed. Toiletries were not placed, they were provided after we asked at reception. There was 24x7 hot water in the bathroom. There is a rooftop Cafe with good variety of food choices and view of the harbour.

rooms are very good. sea facing rooms are bit small compare to inner side rooms. all facilities were there with a good assisting staff.

Small boutique hotel with views of The Taj Palace Hotel and Gateway to India. Overlooking the harbour, perfect location. Rooms are clean and cosy.
