It's a huge and beautiful place to be.
Here are the things to keep in mind : The checkin process is extremely tedious, no matter how early or on time you are, it will take a lot of time (mind you this is after some people shouting around and mutliple reminders to the staff, also this is on a weekday)
Breakfast buffet is average - if you start right on time, half the things aren't ready, there is no staff to address you properly. They are absolutely clueless.
I enquired about a trek - one mentioned after checkin you can call on the reception and they will register, when called the staff mentioned it is closed temporarily. The next morning another staff mentioned it is open - all on the same number.
Food - It is expensive, and still not value for money. The ice cream shop was the best part.
Views are extremely beautiful Overall go for the surroundings, views, to feel peaceful. Expect nothing on the hospitality part The quickest thing they did was checkout - it took 1 minute flat. It's great if you are on your own, make sure you take your own car.

Quaint little plaza with quaint little establishments — they have an art gallery, a VR show, a grocery store, ice-cream shop, and so on.
Herein also lies a sunset viewing platform (with comfy chairs and everything). It is an ideal location to watch the sun set behind a hedge created by a hill that's part of the city.
Overall very beautiful and serene place to spend your time.

Good getaway from Mumbai, it's almost a 4 hours drive from Mumbai City, Amby Valley is very beautiful located and surrounded by Sahyadri mountain range, lakes, only drawback is the place is over crowded over the weekend,.also my observation SOP's are not followed by people, even at dinning areas, washrooms are not at all covid friendly, when the whole hospitality industry is adopting ti the new norm I found Amby Valley lacking way behind, the management should really look into this and do the needful ASAP. Overall a good place to visit and relax.
