My husband and I visited as a couple for 4 nights. The buffet breakfast was great with a huge number of options. Both Indian and International food is available. The Indian food is quite spicy for International travelers like myself and even my Indian husband said quite a few dishes were too spicy. The executive lounge was amazing, the hospitality of the greeters, servers and cooks was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable. Premium channels and cable was not available on the TV and there was a complete lack of English language programming. The pool, spa and fitness center looked inviting, however we didn't visit. The JW lounge on the main floor next to the lobby was relaxing with semi private areas to conduct business, work or relax. You can also order food and beverages in the JW Lounge. The lobby was very well decorated and welcoming, however could have been a couple of degrees cooler. The A/C in the room was also a bit weak. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. They offer world class service and go above and beyond to make sure your every request and need is met.

This property was beautiful and also the staff was polite!
Breakfast was delicious as there was so many options were available! Must try.
Pool steam sauna and jacuzzi area was absolutely refreshing to spend quality time.
I loved the over all service and ambiance.
Just Need improvement in dinner menu. Otherwise everything else is better !

At check-in, there was a delay due to a inconsiderate customer and receptionist not well versed in their role and aware of other customers waiting (like me). She could've call over another staff to help. 2 managers later came over to apologize to me as they must of noticed. That is appreciated, as well as the room upgrade, without having to request it. The rooms are updated nicely. They breakfast spread is quite decent.

Service could use a little polish but overall, one of the nicer JWs I've stayed at.

It was my 1st stay in JW Marriott Sahar and I must say that “My stay was short and sweet.” The hotel was beautifully designed with great architecture. You will feel it once you enter the Lobby. Since my stay was just for a day, I could not able to see the facilities. This place is very close to the Airport and a perfect destination for tourist to avail the premium services. They provide me a huge room with splendid view. All the staff members were highly polite and professional and made my stay a memorable one. The breakfast served in JW Café was even more delicious with live Sitar performance. Overall my experience was good one and will surely visit again.

The hotel is very close to the airport making access very easy though getting out in the morning can be difficult due to airport traffic. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived very early in the morning and they allowed me to check in at 9am so that I could recover from my trip. They also allowed me to exchange money for a very reasonable fee. I wish the TVs were smart TVs or they had an on demand system though.

Great place to stay. Staff was pleasant to work with and was accommodating when my flight was delayed and needed an extra late checkout.
The happy hour had some of the best spreads I’ve seen at Marriott properties. The breakfast buffet is also very good. Would stay here again

Minutes from the airport, breakfast buffet, lavish lobby and room with lush garden view made us happy BUT front desk staff definitely needs training on how to accommodate their international guests arriving at 1 am. They wanted to charge me for 2 nights OR wanted us to wait until 9 am to get my room. We travel the world so well aware that exceptions can always be made in hospitality or in any industry. Finally agreeing to it, then the check in process was overly confusing and lacking in basic knowledge and mannerism (the agent walked away with my phone disappearing in the back room to show my reservation email to his manager). Customer’s phones and passports should never be out of their sight when checking in. That totally ruined our one day layover in Mumbai for us.

What I really loved:
1. The pool and fitness center was great to use
2. Courteous and genuinely helpful staff all around
3. Rahul from the front desk offered me a nice room
4. The executive lounge was really nice - had fun, met a load of people - use this to have good food, drinks and chill with fellow residents
5. The breakfast spread was great

What I did not like at all:
1. The check in/ check out TAT - was very high and you could see staff chat around
2. The room had spots where cleaning was never done
3. The burger I ordered via in room dining at night was a disaster - the staff did nothing about this and did not even offer anything else in return
4. There are many components in the room that are rusted and might pose as a health hazard - the bottom of the chairs, the tray on the bathtub were some areas
