This was my first time experience, so as a traveller you can take my words. My stay was average overall, give it a try. Good things first -
They had support staff every time available
Beds were clean, compact and comfortable
Setup was good in a compact space

Not so good -
They had a TV room but no tv or sitting set up, it was more like garage
Bathrooms were just decently maintained in terms of hygiene which I had a bit of issues

If you want to stay in a compact space with a reasonable price, try this place. Some people may love it too.

It's an excellent place especially if you are alone and on a business or back packing trip.
I stayed in an executive room for 3 days so I can only comment for that.
Good breakfast option (daily different)
Clean rooms and common place.
Good staff.
Outside food delivery allowed.
24x7 Reception.
24x7 medical store I front.
Rooms for two to four people available.
Safe location.
Near Airport and Saki naka Metro station.

Overall I highly recommend this place.

Business class rooms can be kept a bit more cleaner, geysers don't work, complimentary breakfast is okish. Hotel staff is helpful, you'll have privacy n safety in business class rooms. It's good for a night's stay.

I stayed in Business class room. If possible I would give a *NEGATIVE 5 STAR RATING* This is one of the worst*est* stays I have ever been in. Here the rooms STINK, no proper cleaning inspite of me asking several times. The place is underground so no ventilation at all. The AC vent is spreading foul smelling terrible air. We can constantly hear rats running above the false ceiling. The cleanliness & maintenance is poor. Terrible experience. This is a bug infested stay aswell.

not as clean as it looks in the pictures. i had booked a business class room. all rooms have a 4 digit key locking system, it doesn't work on nfc cards. the 4 digits are given by the hotel boys. and as far as i know every room has the same password. the rooms look spacious in the pictures but in real they aren't. no place to hang your clothes (the hooks were broken) , no chairs to hang your towels. i asked for a chair to keep my towel and bag, for which the boy 1st said he cannot give, then i said give me another room which has hooks, he said hooks of all the rooms are broken. then he finally gave me a chair, which killed most of the space in the tiny room. at night you would hear rats walking in the ceiling. luckily there was no way for it to enter the room. wifi worked for the 1st day, 2nd day onwards it never worked. 2nd day my room started smelling of toilet, which i complained in the reception, and they just sent a boy with an air freshener. it's a big no to stay in this hotel from me.

I stayed in Business Class room for a day. The setup they have created is just like an Aeroplane. The room I got was good. I posted pictures so that you will get an idea. Business Class room has a door & one can feel much safe if you have lots of bags etc. The restrooms were clean too. They gave complimentary breakfast buffet which had Poha, Pav & Curry, Coffee & Tea. Its perfect for the price & worth it. I loved the breakfast & their coffee was fantastic. Before checkout, I had one more coffee at 11 by paying 25 Rs. It's that good. They also have large room if one comes with family. Hope you find my review to be useful

I shouldn’t have booked this… I booked a business class private room
I thought by looking at the pictures that it would be good

The rooms are very very small you can barely fit in with your lagaug

The rooms are very suffocating they are in the basement which is worse

The location is pathetic everywhere dirt and kachra very bad locality

Not good for girls

There is always a WEIRED smell in the hotel in which I could barely able to breath

There are mosquitos the canteen area is very dirty they don’t even have a coworking space

Booked a different hotel right away and I left the hotel in the morning 7 o clock

I paid for two nights they didn’t even refund the amount of one night

My money got wasted so badly please don’t opt for this hotel ever if you don’t want to ruin your stayIt's an excellent place especially if you are alone and on a business or back packing trip.
