Location wise it's good, close to railway station. Clean rooms, decent staff, and basic amenities worth the price. Only one set back - Hot water for bath is available only in the morning not the whole day.

It is ok. For hot water you have to call the reception every time. But the staff is quite friendly,warm & helpful. Some rooms are good. Some of them are average due to the layout. The ACs are old, over a it is an average stay. You can try it out of your destination is near by.

Fraud alert! Wished there was a negative rating... Bad room service... room had cockroaches and lizards... they misled you with the charges and then demand for extra payment or ask to checkout... Later we got to know from other places this hotel has bad n shady reputation....

location situated in centre of the city, everything near by, good hospitality reasonable prices. Overall a good stay. Staff is quite disappointing sometimes.

Rooms are big .. Wonderful experience ... Best in city .. easy access to pune places .. parking is the issue ..But rooms services location is 10 on 10 .. very polite staff ...Hot water also given on request .. we definitely Love to stay in future

People sitting in reception needs to learn hospitality. I had to face rude and arrogant behaviour. They promised AC room but refused to give remote after payment was done. They don’t even provide drinking water unless you ask. They do not answer phones and you have to visit at least two times for hot water. They don’t respect your urgency. Funny part is staff and managers keep arguing all the time in front of guests. Rooms are stinky, bathrooms are in bad shape.

Staff is very good, specially mr.vijay he is a genuine person,but the property has 2 types of room classic and delux, i recommend don't stay at the hotel rooms are very dull due to leakage issues, room are not properly clean, if you don't like the room please ask them to change it, and do not expect too much difference don't see the photos of rooms it is totally old photo when it was new, once you enter the room you will feel if it is haunted, very dull rooms, no clean towel was given, staff is good but they should also maintain the rooms, honest review.

Very Band response.. when I'm booking a room Online Rent is showing 1150 Rupies .. and he was charged 1300 Including GST. When I asked for GST Bill He was asking for an extra charge GST Amount..
