Worst staff ever! Attitude that the receptionist hold is pathetic! He abused us infront of us! Pathetic service, the first thing you see whole you enter is "come as a guest leave as a friend" however, it is completely opposite of what it is written there. I would never suggest anybody to stay here! Never! Change the staff immediately or else your hotel will be at loss!

Found a cockroach in the room. The drain in the bathroom was partially choked and by the time one finished the bath, you are standing in a about two inches of water. Service by the staff was good - had a couple of issues regarding the bath towel and soap, promptly attended to by the staff. Was asked to pay for breakfast - first time in an OYO hotel.

Nice hotel located is good near fashion Street
Pune room are good but bathroom tap is Break.
Other hotel are good for batchler couple and family

The moment I entered the room, I was jaw dropped shocked by the mere appearance of the room. It was exactly the same as it was shown and described on their website. The overall ambience of the room is so relaxing with dim lights, that the whole arena of just a room shall take all your tiredness away.
But I will complaint about the staff at front desk is very rude both of them are really terrible and give a less bothered replies to guest .
They are not aware of keeping the guests happy at all , but overall housekeeping staff and kitchen staff services are very nice.
At the time of checkout ,even if the checkout time is 11 they charged as for Rs .300 for the late c/o at 12 ,this was really not expected from such a nice property even 5 star hotels provide 1-2 hours for free .

Very worst attitude of the staff including each and everyone. Restaurant staff is like openly saying "we didn't invited you, you came by yourself, don't blame for worst service, we do whatever we like"
Even reception lady says the same, "if you want to go somewhere, you can just leave, no need of you staying here".
Have to change their attitude. What to do, after paying hefty amount there was no other way. I suggest everyone should ban this place so that lesson would be taught.

Location was the worst.. I'm pure vegetarian and hotel had 90% of nonveg..
Agoda showed bath tub but there wasn't any.. no towel no napkins no nothing.. I don't recommend this hotel at all.. washroom wasn't clean at all

Rooms are slightly smaller than photos, but decent.
Average Service for the price.
Wifi was going off at times.
Decent food at rooftops restaurant.

Don't even consider visiting or staying there.Worst room service and most of the staff is arrogant. They don't provide the breakfast and keep asking you to come early and when you go early they keep you waiting for the food. Worst hotel ever.
