We visited this restaurant for anniversary celebration.
Very nice ambience.
Live music was very good.
Food was not that good. We used to order butter chicken in lockdown, which used to be very tasty, but it was not upto the mark in recent times.
Overall, descent experience.

Facilities mentioned for the hotel is not available. Bedding and house cleaning is not done everyday. I had to follow up for every single thing. Food wise the food is very costly and the hotel is not open before 11am. So one has to take care of their breakfast or coffee on their own which is not possible. One more important thing that the hotel staff mainly who are responsible for the rooms and receptionist are not serious about their job. They just take money and forget what sort of service they must provide. Needs much improvement and intervention from the Hotel owner/ management side in order to keep the customers satisfied.

A restaurant which we prefer to visit again and again.
The whole experience is great including taste of food, service and the ambiance.

The live music is best part. The bollywood theme is extremely thoughful.

The flavours of food, the presentation of dishes, the quantity of food is all upto the mark. Justifying the cost.

Worst experience with rk regency.
I booked my room through oyo app where the room rate was 1200 I paid online and when I reached the hotel the receptionist was asking for 100 rs extra and said there is system issue from oyo and when I denied paying extra amount she was very rude and aggressive with me. It was a night time and my wife was sick so continued staying by paying extra 100.
The toilet was not at all clean the towel were torn fully.

The Best hotel in Pune. All the staffs were so polite and humble. Hygiene was their top priority. Everything was perfect. THE BEST. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Worst experience ever. The girl at reception was very rude. We booked the hotel from oyo app and when we reached extra amount was asked.
The rooms were not at all clean torn towels were provided.
I was sick and was not able to travel so stayed there. Bt the receptionist was worst. Uneducated staff should nnot br kept at the reception
The restaurant staff was cooperative.

Pathetic experience at this property. They say breakfast is included but it's not available till 12. I called first hand to request an early check-in, no intimidation was given to me regarding the charges. Once when I arrived at the property they demanded 500₹. Which was way higher than Oyo's policy of 30%.

Do not visit this place.
