OYO 3136 Hotel Starlight NX

This hotel is good for quick stay and to travel around the Aurangabad easily as central location..inspite of location there is no reason to choose this hotel, their services are very bad..will not advise anyone to stay..no cards are accepted, no support from the staff. Just for name sake there is wifi, disconnect as enters inside the room. Do not choose to stay unless there is no option..no hygiene and cleanliness maintained.

I went with all my family members and took two rooms. Kitchen and dine place is worst, while speaking to MD Mr. Jain, he reacted arrogantly and said to share with any press or any food inspector, he can manage any one with money. Unhealthy food stuff and worst ambience, totally understand professional. I don't know, how OYO is promoting this kind of hotel. I'm just deleting OYO support from my desk. No thanks OYO. Good Bye!

The stay at this hotel was really inappreciable. The bedsheets weren't washed they were literally stinking. Complimentary breakfast too was horrible. We asked for bread and butter, bread wasn't fresh. The other day we ordered dinner a sandwich and Dal fry-chapati, the bread again wasn't fresh and Dal fry had a burnt taste and we even ordered for buttermilk,it didn't even have salt in it. They didn't even spray room fresheners,on request they just sprayed once, even the cleaning was horrible. Water was dripping from the air conditioner. The cutlery in which the food was served was literally unwashed and weird stains on it. Enough towels weren't provided,only gave 2 towels for 4 members.They didn't even provide with at least one water bottle per day. The only thing was they provided wi-fi. Overall I didn't have a good experience at this place.

We are not happy due to no cleaning inside outside hotel and full off dust. Food quantity and quality is very poor. Services are also not good.
Better to withdraw this hotel by Oyo.

Water not available in Certain rooms, electricity too. You have to ask what you need. Few boys does not wear mask. They do good service however need more awareness about covid and professionalism.

Sadly, STARLIGHT doesn't deserve any stars. Rooms are big enough but very poorly maintained. Basic amenities like Soap/Shampoo/Towels & drinking water are not provided until & unless asked for each & every item particularly. Beds are bad. ACs are terrible in both the rooms that we occupied. Lift is always labelled with Maintenance Sticker even after being functional most of the time. No generator (not atleast during my stay). Bathroom & Toilets are poorly maintained. Only the outer looks make you feel it's a premium hotel & it's not. Please have a thorough check before checking in.

Located at good location.prefer for couples at reasonable price.for family you may contact hotel prior. Hall is available for celebration.

A budget accommodation and located near to important city spots. During my visit the restaurant was closed but you can order online. There is chance in improving cleanliness but staffs are very helpfull.
