Well maintained, Big Size rooms, good staff, food quality is also good, bed clothes whiteness down, bathroom are big, Soap quality was not good, there is no complementary except foods. Location wise it is not middle in the city but it is ok. Rate wise it good they are providing discount if requested. parking space are average.

The rooms are good with central AC.Service is friendly. But housekeeping is wanting.The mixer tap was loose and came off. I had to use my skills to fix it up.The reception failed to sound the morning alarm either. Be wary if you are checking out early. The reception remains unmanned. A bearer did the needful; however, the machine was not working for payment by card. So, I had to shell out cash.

centralized ac was not working in the suite room. even the bedroom split ac was not working. I had to complain several times and got repaired. but the hall ac was not working till check out.breakfast had very limited items. 2 or 3. multiple options could have been better.the lobby area and gangway were dusty many a times due to open access. staff was very cooperative and nice. good room service.property is very nice but needs to maintain properly.

I was there for my sister's wedding, and had faced no typical issues. But i would like to suggest, whenever you will be projecting any live or data video, please make sure that the wall/cloth has to be very clean. So that visualization makes it better and more efficient.
Overall, thank you for the support.

Food and rooms are good. Renovation works are going on. The dining space is not good & there is no wash basin near the dining area.

Mostly preferred for number of rooms available...which can be use for guest at wedding event or any other functions...nonveg is famous... swimming pool is also available..

I ordered chicken biryani while I travelling in the train and paid the amount but he delivered the veg biryani.worst service don't order while traveling from this hotel
