Hotel Samrat

I will really miss this place because of amazing staffs.. treated just like family.. amazing and quick room service... Amazing food.. clean and beautiful rooms... In short, best place to stay in Indore with best price and also near to all the important locations. Will visit again 😄✌🏻

Probably the worst u can get in the name of a hotel. Rooms, bedsheets were not very clean and bathrooms look like they were left in the middle of upgrade. Decently placed location wise within 1-1.5 kms of bus terminal, train station, chappan dukan. Only positive was the staff is good. Overall, definitely a last choice

In South tukoganj area surrounded by many eateries and malls. Good to stay but facilities here are poor such as washbasin taps are not working ventilators in bathroom are open which is privacy issue for ladies won't recommend if not improved.

The guy at the reception said ki room is available, I went back outside to pay for the taxi. Reached back and my ..... another manager kind of guy was also standing at the reception and he thought iam just arriving and he said no room. I was surprised. The earlier guy who even mentioned the room number now refused what he told me five minutes ago. They were rude..!

Samrat is located on the very good spot. It has ample parking space. Rooms were dirty, mosquitos everywhere. Basic towel, hand-soap etc should be there in room, which is missing. Pillow covers were shabby.

Location is good, Rooms are very nice, Service is so so but not bad, Receptionist cum manager is very co operative person

Extremely overpriced a single mattress was provided in the name of extra bed which was kept on the floor and charged separately. Electronic appliances such as a. c and telephone were not working and bathroom faucets were not working either. Food was okayish but priced higher than it's quality

Very dirty rooms. Bedsheet, blanket and Pillow covers were also very dirty. Mosquitoes welcome in the rooms. Power plugs were not working. TV not working. Worst experienced.
