Poorly maintained rooms. Lack of proper cooling with even the ceiling fan making a lot of noise. Hotel staff was hardly responsive. A lot of late-night distrubance as well. Zero value for money, considering the room rates are on par with 4-star hotels in tier-1 cities.

Our stay was good. We had a workshop arranged at this hotel. The arrangements were great. It was an workshop for the doctors and all enjoyed it. The food and the hospitality was good. Ms. Nitika had done a good arrangement. I appreciate Ms. Nitika and team for their work and coordination for making our workshop successful.

Hotel is just located in Heart of the city and all the amenities are just surrounding to this. Arrangement and hospitality services was good. Also quality and taste of food is excellent 👍👍

It's expensive but rooms are very poor, they don't have drivers room they ask you to take separate lodge for them. Maintanence is very poor. Breakfast experience is bad as well you have to wait a lot in buffet breakfast to get your meal.

Really bad service kept moving us and got our luggage stuck in the elevator but the food service was good but lastly the rooms where very poor the water smells disgusting in the morning from the taps

This is one of the oldest hotels in Jabalpur. It was originally modelled on the Ashoka of Delhi. It's not the greatest but still one of the best options to stay in Jabalpur. Rooms are large and have good amenities. Wonder why they are listed as 2 stars only. There is good parking facility. Staff is very helpful. The only thing they need to work on is their management and also renovation (which has already begun).

The stay at Hotel Satya Ashoka was amazing and the way they looked after all my Distinguished guest right from reception to checkout was of top notch. The food was very delicious and the separate arrangements as we asked were also looked up very positively. Special thanks to Mr Banarjee and Mrs Nitika for all their kind gesture..Love to visit again😀
